| At present,most of the locks on the meter box,power cabinet,communication cabinet and tower base station in the power grid are still traditional locks.There are too many keys that can not be managed and are easy to be lost.Private keys can not quickly and conveniently obtain the operation records of the switch lock.The locks are also easy to be damaged,and even the locks are not closed from time to time,which seriously affects the work efficiency,It needs to be regulated and monitored.Firstly,according to the functional requirements of the power IOT security lock,aiming at the locks installed on the power grid switchgear:it needs to meet the functions of wireless charging,Bluetooth data transmission,mobile phone switch lock and online management,this paper designs an intelligent lock that can provide wireless power supply,send and receive data packets as a transfer station,store lock ID and upload lock status.Then the detailed hardware circuit diagram of the power IOT security lock is designed.According to the requirements of the power grid for the lock,the chip with low power consumption is preferred on the premise of meeting the performance indexes required by the system.The lock takes stm32f0 series single chip microcomputer as the core controller,collects the lock state through the hall sensor,designs the RF module to transmit the lock state data packet and receive the switch lock command data packet,and uses the motor drive module to complete the switch lock operation.The key uses the same single chip microcomputer as the lock,and uses the Bluetooth module as the transfer station to receive and send data.A wireless charging system based on bq500212a chip is designed.Secondly,the relevant software flow of the power IOT security lock is designed.Through the analysis of the work flow,the software design includes the lock state identification program,the switch lock program,the upload and receive data packet program,the key switch program and the key battery power display program.The design of the program is divided into sequence first,then unified planning is carried out,and finally the overall connection with the background and mobile app is completed,which realizes the functions of wireless charging of the lock with the key,switching and locking operation of the mobile app,and recording the operation process in the background.Finally,test the power IOT safety lock,test the service life of the motor through continuous switch lock operation,install the lock in the lock shell,remotely switch the lock to test the communication distance,change the coil inductance,coil size radius,resonant capacitance and lock base material to test the wireless charging efficiency,Use adjustable DC voltage source to change the input voltage value to test whether the display of key battery power is accurate.In conclusion,the power IOT security lock can complete the switch lock operation with a mobile phone,and the operation records,operation time and operators can be recorded in the background,so that the operation process can be clearly checked,which greatly improves the intelligent management and security of the power grid and meets the needs of power grid upgrading in the new era.Figure[73]Table[13]Parameter[70]... |
