| In recent years,the new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly.However,the construction of charging infrastructure is relatively lagging behind,which has become a bottleneck restricting the rapid development of new energy vehicles.Facing the problem of insufficient intelligence and supervision of electric vehicle charging piles,the paper analyzes the current development status of Internet of Things technology and charging system,and adopts NB-IOT technology based electric vehicle charging solution in the context of “Internet+”.The scheme defines the functional requirements of the system and proposes a system framework for intelligent charging pile + NB-IOT communication + cloud platform management.In this paper,the charging control system is designed with STM32 processor as the core,including human-computer interaction unit,identity authentication unit,security detection unit and charging control unit.A power automatic allocation strategy is designed for the problem of low power utilization of the DC charging system,which effectively increases the charging speed and avoids waste of resources.The communication system is designed based on the WH-NB73 module,and the communication protocol between the charging pile and the cloud platform is established to realize the remote monitoring of the charging system.The test results show that the system runs reliably,the functions of each module are clear,and the degree of intelligence is high.At the same time,the networking and supervision problems in the distributed construction and operation of charging piles are well solved,saving construction and maintenance costs,and the charging service level is greatly improved.Improve,have a good application prospects. |
