With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s population,there are more and more elderly and patients with lower limb movement disorders.Because the patient’s lower limbs was difficult to support the body weight,weight reduction walking rehabilitation training was needed to help the patient improved the gait and restored the basic walking ability.At the same time,with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for lower limb rehabilitation training equipment is also gradually increasing.Aiming at the problem that China started late in rehabilitation medical equipment,the degree of intelligence was not high,and it was difficult to meet people’s needs to a great extent,this paper designs an intelligent rehabilitation training weight loss system for the elderly and patients with lower limb motor dysfunction.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,drawing on the existing lower limb rehabilitation training and weight loss system at home and abroad,the overall scheme design is formulated;The driving mode of the weight reduction system is determined;The components of each functional module mechanism are designed and modeled,including pulley block,gear set,traction trolley,drum and so on;The mechanical analysis of the weight reduction system is carried out to obtain the magnitude of the weight reduction required by the motor in different stages of recovery.Secondly,the mathematical model of each mechanism module of the weight reduction system is established,and the dynamic equation of the weight reduction system is obtained;PID and fuzzy PID force closed-loop control methods are used to adjust the motor motion and reduce the weight reduction error;The control system is simulated by simulation software to verify the feasibility of the control system.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control mode has fast response speed and high precision,and can meet the weight loss needs of patients in different stages of walking rehabilitation training.Thirdly,the static analysis of rehabilitation training support and traction car is carried out by using finite element simulation software,and the displacement nephogram and stress nephogram are obtained.Through the analysis of the results,the feasibility of the design is verified;Then the finite element convergence is verified respectively.The simulation results show that the continuous refinement of the mesh has less and less influence on the equivalent stress of the rehabilitation training support and the traction car.Finally,on the premise of meeting the strength and stiffness of the structure,the topology optimization simulation software is used to optimize the topology of key parts,which can effectively reduce the use of materials,reduce the overall quality and save the cost.
