Research On The Application Of Catering Space Design Based On The High-context Cultural Perspective

Language carries culture.From the perspective of high context culture,this paper analyzes the vocabulary,semantics and grammar in interior design with reference to the theoretical research of linguistics,and puts forward the characteristics,approaches and design methods and processes of creating cultural mood in dining space,so as to create a dining space with elegant and low-key,calm,Oriental implication,poetic and picturesque cultural experience The design method of cultural atmosphere providing system in drinking space.This paper takes"dining space cultural experience" as the main content of the research,and takes linguistics,architecture,design,and other knowledge theories as the theoretical support of interdisciplinary research.Through in-depth excavation and analysis of high context culture and dining space interior design,this paper extracts the characteristics of high context culture,combines it with interior design,and puts forward some applicable suggestions This paper focuses on the design method of high context culture in catering space.Through the mechanism of internalization and externalization of context,this paper discusses the ways to create the artistic conception of space from the perspectives of the audience and the designer,and puts forward that the coding design of space cultural information should be carried out according to the different characteristics of the audience in the interior design of catering space.The core part of the paper is based on the cultural identification form proposed by Edward holkie in the language mode,which is studied and analyzed by the author.It is coordinated with the various elements of interior design of dining space,and the more mature architectural language theory is used to improve the interior design system represented by interior vocabulary,semantics and grammar in dining space.Through the coordination of the physical environment in the space constructed by vocabulary,the cultural characteristics endowed by semantics and the space elements organized by grammar,the cultural experience in the dining space is constructed from three levels.According to the functional characteristics of the dining space,the dining space design method and design process suitable for the creation of artistic conception in high context cultural space are put forward,which is the core of the whole paper The design method proposed in this paper is verified by case analysis and design practice.As one of the typical high context culture countries,China has unique historical and cultural resources.These cultures have specific cultural connotations in a specific background and era.These cultures can be extracted and applied to interior design of catering space.In this paper,the design method is proposed,hoping to enable designers to give the space beyond the material cultural spiritual experience,strengthen the emotional experience in the space,create a specific space situation,and open up a new vision of cultural experience design of catering space.
