| Food culture plays an important role in the long history of China, among different dynasties in Chinese history, the economic development of different regions, different ethnics and religious both influence the Chinese people’s lifestyle。Chinese diet not only pay attention to the cooking method, but also pay attention to the presentation of different food, and pay attention to the dining atmosphere.Chinese’s attitude towards turning dining into art is not only the traditionally prominent way of Chinese etiquette, but also the realm of art of enhancing our food culture into the state of the subjective dining form and objective dining environment, namely artistic conception。The ultimate goal putting the theory of virtual and realinto the contemporary dining space design is to create a specific artistic conception space, enrich dining space of cultural connotation。Therefore, this paper is about to discuss the dining space to create a artistic conception and positive role from the perspective of the theory of virtual and real。Firstly, this paper applies a integrated perspective and analysis of the theory of virtual and real in China’s ancient philosophyã€aesthetics and the actual situation to the existence of property; then analyzes the actual use of virtual and real theory in Chinese classical arts and modern art design, providing a basis feasibility for later analysis between the actual situation virtual and real theory and the dining space one by one。Secondly, with the constant development of society and the ongoing change of consumer’s attitude, the ways to attract customers has shifted from the multitude of itself food supply to the creating of the space, when diners dine at the same time, they pay more attention to the showing of dining environment which is created by cultural connotations, this is called the creation of artistic conception。Thus, the third chapter describes the concept of dining space, design principles and the evolution of dining space functions, getting the necessity to create a artistic conception in the dining space and concluding the relevance between the creation of artistic conception in dining space and the theory of virtual and real。 Finally, introducing the design principles of the theory of virtual and real in dining space in Chapter four by the theory explained above and summing up the relevant performance practices and meanings, and ultimately being implemented in the actual graduate topics。The graduation project reflects the actual situation in space mainly through functional layout, space interface and the dealing with light and materials。... |
