| As a special type of residential building,public housing is an effective way to protect the low-income families and guarantee their housing.The number of public housing continues to rise with the rapid development of China’s urban construction.In the same time,energy saving and carbon emission reduction of public housing are gaining increasing attention.Green building is a useful way to coping with these problems,if applied in the public housing construction and operation process,it can help reducing the energy consumption and providing people with more comfortable environment.In this paper,present situation of green building and public housing at home and abroad was studied.After a field research on the public housing construction in the Binhai New Area,Tianjin,we analyzed and concluded the problems and made suggestions on the design principle and method.We classified the layout designed for the public housing according to the difference in the type of people living there and reference modular design.Suggestions on the optimization of design method were given one the basis of physical dwelling environment analysis.we proposed the design strategy for different star level public housing according to the green public housing design guideline and evaluation standard.Finally,the paper analyzed the NO.15 public housing projects in the Sino-Singapore Eco City,summarized the design methods of the green public housing in practice,which could be guideline for the public housing construction. |
