| In the context of the reform of the power system management system,power generation and power sales have been split into independent businesses.Power supply companies need to purchase power from power plants and carry out power supply services by connecting power to the grid.Therefore,power purchase management business has become an important task in the daily business of power supply companies.Due to the differences in power markets in various regions,power supply companies’ power purchase management business software usually needs to be implemented through independent research and development.The power purchase management business of Miyi County Power Supply Company still lacks supporting tools.It is mainly managed through manual processing and EXCEL files.There are problems such as low management efficiency,high error rate,and inconcentration of data.In response to the above problems,a set of power purchase management system was designed and implemented in this thesis,which could reduce the manual processing workload,and realize the centralized storage and maintenance of the power purchase management business.In the research,the current status and problems of the power purchase management business of the Miyi County Power Supply Company are first introduced,and the functional modules of the system are divided into five aspects: basic data management,power station file management,meter reading power management,electricity bill calculation management,and data report management.,And analyzed the performance requirements of the system.On this basis,the Java Web technology and Oracle database is selected in the function development of the system.Based on the demand analysis of the system,the functional model and network structure of the system are designed,the functional structure of the system is divided,and the functional component model and Java class structure of each module are analyzed and designed.The business data types of the system is investigated,and the logical data structure of the system is established through the E-R diagram,and the database table structure of the system is designed according to the Oracle database technical specifications.According to the functional design of the system,the functional realization process and key codes of each module are analyzed and researched,and the functional interface of the system is displayed and explained.Finally,according to the actual test situation of the system,the test method,process and environment of the system are briefly described,and the test content and results of the system are analyzed from the two aspects of function and performance to verify the research and development results of the system.The power purchase management system has been added to the Toolkit business tool suite platform of Miyi County Power Supply Company.The system realizes the automation and digitization of power supply management business,establishes a centralized storage system for power purchase business data,improves the efficiency of business management,and reduces the workload of power purchase management personnel. |
