Has been widely used.For meter reading service companies,customer data such as water,electricity,gas,and heat is the basis for the decision-making of meter reading service companies.In order to ensure the normal life of customers,it is also necessary to effectively monitor the operating status of the key equipment in the meter reading system.Application research that combines the meter reading system with the Internet of Things technology has important practical significance.In addition,the rapid economic development of the city,the improvement of people's living standards,and the increasingly prominent problems of customer metering equipment management and troubleshooting have affected the lives of customers.Therefore,the development of an intelligent,informatized and remote intelligent meter reading system can effectively solve the above problems.In view of the shortcomings of traditional old-style metering terminals,combined with various smart metering terminals currently on the market,relevant information at home and abroad has been collected and reviewed.This paper designs a remote meter reading system in which the smart meter terminal is connected to the host management system through a concentrator,and the meter terminal data is remotely transmitted from the client side to the enterprise side.The PC-side management system monitors and manages the smart meter through the concentrator.Terminal equipment and data.The system realizes the collection,measurement,processing and storage of user water,electricity,gas and heat data,and overcomes the defect that traditional meter terminals have to manually go to the customer's home to copy data.First of all,according to the management workflow of the meter reading service enterprise,this article conducts a demand analysis on the remote meter reading system.Then,according to the demand analysis of the software system,the overall and main functions of the software system are designed in detail,including the functions of the system hardware terminal and system software,and the design of database forms.Finally,complete the realization of the remote intelligent meter reading system according to the design requirements of the system.Simultaneously,the thesis built a system test environment to test the remote intelligent meter reading system developed,including overall test,functional test and performance test.The test results basically met the expected requirements.The meter terminal of the remote meter reading system developed in this paper is connected to the concentrator through LORA wireless communication technology,and the concentrator is connected to the remote back-end server through a modem.The collected data is transmitted to the back-end management system through the network.The system has complete functions and accurate measurement.,The communication is reliable,thereby reducing the cost,improving the reliability of data transmission,and laying the foundation for the expansion of the centralized meter reading system.The system designed in this article replaces the manual meter reading method,which greatly facilitates the lives of residents.
