| The traditional wholesale market of agricultural and sideline products has become a social problem.Since 2010,the General Office of the State Council issued a new round of ’vegetable basket project ’ construction opinions,and put forward relevant opinions on the wisdom and industrialization construction of agricultural and sideline products wholesale market.The concept of smart agricultural industry demonstration city began to emerge,and then more and more agricultural and sideline products wholesale markets planned and constructed according to this concept.However,there are some problems in the cost control of the smart agricultural industry demonstration city project,such as the disconnection between drawing design and cost calculation,the difficulty of cost control of intelligent system,the imperfect cost control system,and the high cost of demolition and transformation in the construction process.Therefore,this paper studies the cost control and evaluation of the smart agricultural industry demonstration city project,which not only ensures the benefits of the construction side,but also provides a new idea for studying the cost control of such projects.Firstly,this paper expounds the current situation at home and abroad and related research theories,then analyzes the influencing factors of cost control of smart agricultural industry demonstration city project layer by layer,and selects the cost control evaluation index from four aspects of design,construction preparation,construction and settlement.Finally,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model suitable for smart agricultural industry demonstration city project is constructed.In terms of empirical research,this paper takes the smart agricultural industry demonstration city project in Central Jiangsu as an example,uses the earned value method to study its cost control process,and analyzes the causes of deviation.The constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is applied to the project,and the effect of the cost control system of the project is evaluated.In view of its shortcomings,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to further improve the cost control system of the smart agricultural industry demonstration city project.The research on the cost control process of actual projects by using the earned value method is conducive to the construction policy to take timely corrective measures for the causes of deviation.The successful application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is conducive to the construction party to continuously improve its own cost control system.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the cost control of related smart agricultural industry demonstration city projects in the future,so that the construction side can effectively control the project cost and reduce the cost loss. |
