| Jet pump is a kind of fluid machinery.It is a kind of reaction equipment that uses working jet to eject and transport fluid.Because of its simple structure and reliable operation,it has been widely used in many fields such as water conservancy,electric power and petrochemical industry.This paper has done some new structural design for the jet pump applied in oil well exploitation,and focused on the low pump efficiency generally existing in the application of the jet pump,using the Fluent software to carry out detailed flow and performance numerical simulation,the specific work is as follows:(1)Jet pump structure design:Using 3D graphic design software UG for oil well drilling applications of jet pump for the structure design,the design includes two aspects of external and internal structure size pump body,considering the performance of the flow field inside the pump,the structure reliability and processing and maintenance economy,from the traditional theory of design calculations to determine the basic size,its structure is obtained by basic performance equation of the jet pump performance curve and efficiency curve,the fluid-structure interaction analysis,validate the structure stable reliable operation;(2)Using FLUENT software completed the constant jet pump internal flow field numerical simulation:The flow field applied constant mass flow of working fluid,the pump internal flow field in numerical simulation of flow and performance by comparing different throat mouth distance,area is more effective than the validation of simulation data,get throat mouth distance within certain traffic than the optimal contract for 2d,area than the optimal contract is 6.06;(3)Completed the internal flow field numerical simulation of pulsed jet pump:Applying mass flow through the UDF program flow field is rectangle,triangle pulse change of working fluid,analysis of internal flow field of the pulse jet pump pressure field,velocity field,is the same as the constant jet simulation of structure parameters optimal solutions,and verified the pulse,especially the rectangular pulse can improve the work efficiency of jet pump;(4)Design software development of jet pump:Based on VB.NET,the design software of jet pump,JPKF,which integrates cavitation performance check and internal flow field model output,is developed.The software is easy to operate and can improve the design efficiency of jet pump.The design of the structure and the numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the jet pump and the development of the design software completed in this paper will provide a preliminary theoretical basis for the optimization and application of the structure and working parameters of the subsequent jet pump. |
