Realizing numerical simulation of turbulence flow of centrifugal pump inside opens up the new way that people recognize and grasp the complicated flow of centrifugal pump inside,it is of great significance to optimization designing and hydraulic power performance improving of centrifugal pump。Realizing numerical simulation of turbulence flow of centrifugal pump inside can replace lots of experiments so that it saves a number of manpower ,and material resources,at the same time ,modern design method on the basis of CFD analysis can make up the defect of traditional method ,consequently ,it is possible to devise pump of high-efficiency and saving-energy,it will bring enormous social and economical profits。On the basis of concluding past experience,the numerical simulation of the internal turbulence flow of centrifugal pump is carried out on different work conditions。according to velocity distribution and pressure distribution obtained,probing into the internal flow law of centrifugal pump and forecasting performance。Feasibility and accuracy of this software computing the internal flow of centrifugal pump is proved by comparing calculated results and experimental results。The major research work is listed:(1) This paper summarizes present situation of numerical simulation of centrifugal pump internal turbulence flow at home and abroad ,development of commercial CFD software,and introduces theory about numerical simulation of turbulence flow from control equation,turbulence model,discrete method and boundary condition.(2) This paper studies the method of solid model of centrifugal pump and grid generation,probe into the effect of the different solid model to computational grid model according to compare grid quality of computational grid model which is generated at different solid model method。(3)This paper presents the process of numerical simulation in FLUENT。Different velocity distribution and pressure distribution are gained though numerical simulation of turbulence flow of centrifugal pump inside。The paper reveals the internal flow law of centrifugal pump according to the calculated result , and finds much bad phenomenon,such as the eddy flow,secondary flow and so on。(4)This paper studies the advantage and disadvantage of different computational model which is provided by FLUENT according to the result of numerical simulation in different computational model。(5)This paper studies the method of performance prediction on the basis of numerical simulation of centrifugal pump,and predicts the performance of centrifugal pump。Finally,the paper validates feasibility and accuracy of the method adopted by comparing calculated results and experimental results,and provides reference for optimization design of centrifugal pump。...
