Spatial Morphology Of Old Blocks In Jingzhou City Based On Space Syntax

In urban renewal,how the government and scholars pay attention to the development of old neighborhoods year by year.As one of the excellent historical and cultural cities,the old neighborhoods in the city have been given more meanings.It is not just a simple residence.The collection of carriers is also a witness and inheritor of regional culture.When the industrial society develops towards a post-industrial society,the alternation of the old and the new is an inevitable.The next period comes,and how to inherit the essence of the previous period is the core of the research in this article.The article is positioned in the Sanyi Street block,and aims to analyze its unique historical context and spatial characteristics.Through the quantitative analysis of space syntax combined with traditional qualitative research methods,it can understand the spatial characteristics of the Sanyi Street block in different dimensions,and Summarize the relevant protection strategies of the block.The thesis is divided into the following four main parts:The first part introduces space syntax theory,introduces three main research methods that will be used in this article: convex space analysis,axis analysis,and horizon analysis,and summarizes the main parameters involved in this research,and finally uses the space syntax company The two actual cases participated in our country briefly demonstrate their quantitative analysis guidance.The second part starts from a qualitative point of view,combined with the author’s field research and collected data,sorts out the various factors that constitute the current situation of Sanyi Street blocks,and respectively analyzes the historical evolution,location analysis,architectural style,functional layout,architectural use and architecture.Analyzed in the 1980 s,and found four major problems currently existing in the block,namely,serious aging,excessive traffic pressure,deviation of building quality,and lack of public places.The third part starts from a quantitative point of view,starting with the overall spatial form of the block from the difference between the "horizontal" North Street and the "longitudinal" North Street in different periods,and the local spatial form of the block from the Jingzhou District Police Station on the South Street.The branch plot and the residential buildings of No.80 and No.159 of Sanyi Street in North Street are started,using spatial syntax to analyze the spatial form of Sanyi Street blocks in different dimensions and different scales,and use quantitative parameters to re-examine the differences in the evolution of the blocks.The fourth part is the research in front,on the basis of using the space syntax analysis,combining with an instance of jingzhou district public security bureau to update,and the three just street north district planning and design,and to study the problems one by one in front of the proposed solution,adopts the principle of grading type protection for north street as a whole,to the south street "compound" complex "acupuncture" modification,of north street "yard" type building into north street in integral transform,finally in the case of quantitative research on the basis of put forward the protection strategy of jingzhou old blocks,namely,spatial structure optimization,improve environmental restoration,block formats injection and street culture.
