Design And Implementation Of Multi-channel Analog And Digital Data Hybrid Acquisition Device

In tests of a vehicle in order to facilitate completion of the analysis, to obtain a signalrelated to the vehicle operating state data and environmental parameters, data acquisition andstorage devices installed in the vehicle is very necessary. This system can make theappropriate analysis tests after the aircraft completed its required data. Multi-channel analogdata in this article is designed hybrid framing device is part of the collection of dataacquisition and storage devices, mainly to complete the acquisition data of the workingconditions and environmental parameters.The multi-channel data acquisition system is composition of analog board, capture board,control board and power board. Analog board is mainly used for receiving48-channel analogsignal of different rates conversion amount；acquisition board is used to control the analogboard switch channel switching and AD to digital conversion, and receiving the amount ofdigital signal, and sent to the control board by the respective FIFO. The main control board isused to control two kinds of data by FIFO in real-time monitoring. Finally, the data istransmitted to the monitoring station equipment, and wait for the PC send to the nextcommand.The communication interface between the host computer and the monitoring equipment isused in USB interface, and the monitoring equipment and multi-channel analog to digital dataacquisition mixed framing device using the communication interface between the RS-422interface. In conclusion, the article by electromagnetic compatibility between the plates,long-term transmission, software programs, and anti-jamming system designed to protect thedesign of potting verify the reliability and feasibility of the system.
