Since the 1970s,China’s construction industry has continued to develop,various indicators of the construction industry,such as total output value and employees have increased year by year.More and more large-scale inter-provincial real estate enterprises and Hong Kong enterprises have begun to use the Hong Kong-style list pricing model for pricing activities of related projects.At present,the pricing model in my country is mainly the engineering quantity list pricing model.There are few related studies on the Hong Kong-style list pricing model and the cost control of construction projects under this model.Based on the Hong Kong-style list pricing model,construction project cost control and other related theories,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the construction project cost control under the Hong Kong-style list.First,this article summarizes the history and application status of Hong Kong-style list pricing models and construction project cost control,based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign pricing models and construction project cost control related documents.On the basis of summarizing the research results of the predecessors,we found contradictions worthy of study.Based on this,we put forward the research direction of this article,and then briefly explained the main research content,research methods,research routes,and innovations of this article.Second,Based on theoretical foundation,a detailed analysis of the Hong Kong-style list pricing model and the relevant theories of construction project cost control.The most important thing is to compare and analyze the Hong Kong-style list pricing model with the national standard bill of quantities pricing model in many aspects.The characteristics of the outbound list pricing model.Third,it elaborated the principles,basis,methods and procedures of identifying factors affecting construction project cost control.At the same time,using literature analysis and case study methods,based on the author’s practical experience and the opinions of experts in related fields,27 were identified.The influencing factors of cost control are classified according to the4M1E1 T theory,which lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent chapters of the article.Fourth,in the choice of evaluation method,this paper chooses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of each cost control influencing factor,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze each cost control influencing factor.First,the purpose and methods of cost control evaluation are introduced,and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the cost control level of construction projects under the Hong Kong-style list pricing model.Fifth,combine the actual application of the Hong Kong-style list pricing model to verify the feasibility of the evaluation model constructed in Chapter 4.First introduce the reason and background of the selected case,then obtain the data needed for research through nominal group meetings,questionnaire surveys,etc.,construct an evaluation index system that fits the actual case,we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project,and finally focus on the evaluation results Propose corresponding countermeasures to improve project cost control ability.Sixth,it summarizes in detail the deficiencies of the thesis research and future research directions,and provides a certain idea for the future cost control research under the Hong Kongstyle list pricing model.
