| At present, traditional villages generally lack internal development power. The protection and development of traditional villages is an urgent problem to be explored and solved in the current study of traditional villages. And in terms of the current social background,we should vigorously protect the traditional culture and traditional elements,so the large-scale demolition of the old building new transformation mode is no longer applicable.Northeast Guizhou is located in Guizhou, and Guizhou is the province with the largest number of traditional villages in China. The overall development trend is good, but the development of traditional villages in Northeast Guizhou is not satisfactory. This thesis attempts to apply micro renovation,a new theory which mainly solves the problem of urban renewal,to the protection and renewal of traditional villages.Based on the current situation of the development of traditional villages in China, this thesis summarizes the development process of urban and rural protection and renewal at home and abroad. Then through the theoretical verification of applicability and necessity, this thesis analyzes the current situation of Tujia and Miao traditional villages in northeast Guizhou, and explores how to protect and develop Tujia and Miao traditional villages in Northeast Guizhou from the perspective of micro renovation.First of all,the current real-life dilemmas and development resistance of traditional villages in northeastern Guizhou are sorted out,and their transformation points are applied to the renewal and transformation of traditional villages through the summary of theoretical and practical studies on micro-transformation.Secondly,we analyse the current situation of the traditional villages of the Tujia and Miao ethnic groups in northeast Guizhou, and then select specific microscopic research objects to carry out microscopic analysis of the current situation and draw conclusions related to the comprehensive evaluation of the current situation. Then, according to the research results of the current situation of the research objects, the methodological system of micro-renovation of traditional villages will be constructed in a targeted manner. For the study of the micro-renovation methods of public space, the main purpose is to quantitatively analyse the public space of the research object through the spatial sentence method and, based on the analysis results, carry out the study of the renewal and renovation of its public space in conjunction with the micro-renovation theory;in terms of the micro-renovation of buildings, through the construction of an architectural evaluation system, the traditional buildings to be renovated in the research object are classified into different categories, and on this basis, the study of the micro-renovation of buildings is carried out In terms of the micro-renovation of public service facilities, the first step is to analyse and summarize the principles of the configuration of public service facilities, find the defects and shortcomings of the configuration of public service facilities in the villages, and carry out micro-renovation of public service facilities in response to the existing problems. Finally, based on the above analysis and research results,we further deepen the research on the design of traditional village renewal based on micro-renovation theory, and propose a conservation and development strategy for the traditional villages of the Tujia and Miao people in northeast Guizhou, including the material level, the non-material level and the management level,in order to solve the problems of the destruction of their traditional landscape, the obstruction of the inheritance of traditional cultural elements and the backward development of the villages. The protection and development strategies at the material level include the continuation of the natural landscape pattern of "Mountain,Water,Field and Village",the restoration and improvement of the man-made environmental elements in the village, the full use of the existing human resources in the village, and the renewal and innovation of the industrial operation and development mode;at the intangible level, they include the increase of intangible cultural dissemination vehicles, the enrichment of intangible cultural The intangible dimension includes increasing the number of intangible cultural dissemination vehicles, enriching the forms of intangible cultural dissemination and developing and nurturing intangible cultural industries;the management dimension mainly includes building an interactive mechanism for collaborative governance, strengthening the guidance of relevant departments and increasing the legal protection of relevant policies. In addition, this study hopes to provide a reference for future research on the conservation and development of traditional Tujia and Miao villages in the northeastern region of Guizhou,as well as for micro-transformation studies of traditional villages. |
