The flow pulsation produced in the process of gear pump operation is an important reason affecting the pressure stability of the hydraulic system.Reducing the flow pulsation produced by the gear pump is the most important measure to reduce the pressure pulsation of the hydraulic system of the gear pump and improve the stability of the hydraulic system.Through the analysis of gear pump running parameters and found that the gear pump flow pulsation is the largest external gear pump,so the analysis of the gear pump flow pulsation research when the external gear pump flow pulsation in the first place,by optimizing the related structural parameters of the gear pump to reduce the gear pump flow pulsation,thereby provide basic conditions for high quality and efficiency of the gear pump operation.Before the research on their own topic looked up the gear pump development status and trend,found that the use of gear pump due to the flow pulsation performance of the gear pump has been severely limited.To solve this problem,this paper mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)The mathematical model of gear pump flow pulsation is established.The model is used to calculate the instantaneous flow in the process of gear pump operation.It is found that the magnitude of flow pulsation is related to the pulsation frequency.The pulsation frequency is related to the speed of gear and the number of teeth.The pulsation frequency can be controlled by changing the speed and number of teeth.(2)To establish a simulation model of the gear in the CFD simulation model to establish the basic equations,the grid division and boundary conditions are set,find out the number of teeth on the gears in the process of gear pump running and the influence of tooth number parity of geometric flow pulsation,with an odd number of teeth and the number of teeth on the as much as possible within a certain scope,the method of flow pulsation of the gear pump can be reduced effectively.(3)A test bed is set for pressure pulsation test,which includes pressure sensor,pressure gauge,customs clearance,computer acquisition and processing system,oil tank and other parts.Select a type of gear pump for experiment,through the frequency converter facility gear pump speed,through the pressure sensor to measure the outlet pressure,the computer to the sensor’s electrical signal analysis.Through the experiment found that the gear pump flow pulsation frequency and the theoretical calculation of the pressure pulsation frequency is consistent,the size of the gear pump flow pulsation can be achieved by measuring the size of the pressure pulsation.(4)BP neural network and learning algorithm were used to optimize the tooth number,displacement coefficient,tooth tip height coefficient,pressure Angle and modulus parameters of gear pump without side gap and with side gap,to find the parameter setting corresponding to the minimum fluctuation of two kinds of gear pump flow.In the process of optimization,it is found that the flow pulsation of gear pump without side gap is smaller than that of gear pump with side gap. |
