Research On Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Mulan Stone Ancient Village Tourism Development Potential

Under the background of rapid urbanization in China,a large number of ancient villages are facing the risk of extinction and decline due to the lack of protection and development.With the proposal of rural revitalization Strategy,China’s rural tourism is developing rapidly,and the tourism industry has become a good opportunity for the development of ancient villages.Mulan stone masonry construction technology is the main form of early residential buildings in the northern area of Wuhan,which has high cultural,historical,economic,social and scientific research value.However,due to the lack of relevant protection and development,a large number of Mulan stone masonry ancient villages have been damaged.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of rural revitalization and rural development and strengthen the protection of ancient villages with local characteristics,this study explores the characteristics and problems of tourism development potential of Mulan stone built ancient village from the perspective of tourism development potential,so as to provide guidance for its tourism development potential promotion and tourism development planning.This research is based on the research framework of "basic research-current situation analysis-scientific evaluation-strategic response".Taking Huangpi District and Xinzhou District of Wuhan City with abundant ancient Mulan stone villages as the research scope,17 typical ancient Mulan stone villages are taken as the research object,and the tourism development potential is taken as the research perspective.First,the relevant theories and research progress at home and abroad are elaborated,and then the current situation of the ancient villages is analyzed from the three dimensions of the basic situation of the ancient villages,the tourism resources of the ancient villages,and the current tourism development of the ancient villages,and the existing problems of the tourism development potential of the ancient villages are summarized.And then based on the Porter Diamond Model to construct an evaluation index system for the tourism development potential of ancient villages.Apply the analytic hierarchy process,expert scoring method and entropy weight method to determine the index weights.According to the standard value of the evaluation index,this paper evaluates the tourism development potential of 17 ancient Mulan stone villages.The study found that the average score of tourism development potential of the ancient villages of Mulan Stone Masonry in Wuhan is 62.38 points,showing a state of medium tourism development potential.Then,based on the evaluation results,analyzeing the characteristics and problems of the tourism development potential of ancient villages from three levels of classification,sub-street and sub-item,namely,three levels of tourism development potential,six streets,and five criteria layer sub-items.Finally,the core problems of the tourism development potential of Mulan Stone Ancient Villages are summarized,and combined with the analysis of the current situation of the tourism development of Mulan Stone Ancient Villages in Chapter 3,targeted and differentiated tourism development potential promotion strategies are proposed from the above three aspects.Finally,the innovations and shortcomings of this research are put forward,and the development of tourism development in the ancient village of Mulan stone masonry is made prospect.
