Abstract/Summary:
With the development of economy,the level of urbanization in China has increased from54.8% to 60.6% in recent five years.Not only has the population increased rapidly,but also the urbanization problems caused by the development of urbanization,such as environmental pollution,energy shortage,traffic congestion and deterioration of public security,have followed.Therefore,at present,we must urgently strengthen the management of protecting ecological environment,using resources efficiently,slowing down traffic congestion and regulating public order.As an important part of developing smart cities,smart buildings are one of the main ways and venues to realize the above approaches.First of all,by introducing the development status of smart cities in China,this paper named the relationship between smart buildings and them: building smart buildings is the key force to develop smart cities.From the perspective of development process,this paper summarizes the development history of smart architecture from scratch in different periods and countries;From the perspective of internal composition,this paper analyzes the connotation and relationship of several typical high-tech technologies such as BIM technology and Internet of Things technology applied to smart buildings;It also analyzes and predicts the development trend of smart buildings in the future from three aspects: internal structure,user experience and development platform.In addition,several commonly used evaluation methods are analyzed to further ensure the scientific evaluation.After that,build the evaluation index system of smart buildings.According to the construction idea of "understanding trends,reading documents,summarizing viewpoints and selecting indicators" and the construction principles of feasibility,representativeness and scientificity,the evaluation index system is optimized and screened by combining theoretical analysis and literature search.The optimized evaluation index system of smart buildings includes 3 first-class indicators,9 second-class indicators and 34 third-class indicators.Finally,AHP method based on expert scoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of this paper,and determine the basic process of intelligent building evaluation,including building intelligent building factor set and evaluation set,calculating evaluation index weight,calculating membership degree and building fuzzy judgment matrix.The JY project in Jiaxing is selected as a case study object and evaluated,and it is concluded that the intelligence level of the project is average.In this paper,taking smart building as the breakthrough point,through the application of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation model of smart building is established and applied to the actual project evaluation.On the one hand,it enriches the evaluation theory of smart building,on the other hand,it has important practical significance to improve the evaluation work of smart building and promote the development of smart building in China.
