Comprehensive Evaluation Of Smart Distribution Grid Construction Of Ningbo

With the development of the smart grid construction, the investment is increasing, and the investment and benefit of the electric power enterprises are becoming more and more pressure. How to make a comprehensive judgment on the current level of investment, measure the economic and social benefits, improve the investment benefit of the distribution network, and guide the construction direction of the future smart distribution network has been the urgent problem for power enterprise.This paper analyzes the characteristics and key technologies of intelligent distribution network, and the factors that affect the intelligent distribution network. From the three dimensions of technology, economy and society, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established. And through the research of all kinds of evaluation method, an evaluation model is constructed. By the scoring form, Ningbo Haishu, and Jiangdong District, from 2010 to 2014 year, has estimated the effect of the smart distribution grid investment evaluationTechnical evaluation results show that Haishu and Jiangdong District power grid development has high automation and interaction, adapted to the economic and social development and its follow-up automation level can be further improved. Economic evaluation results show that distribution network construction economy of Haishu District and Jiangdong District shows an improving trend, but direct economic investment has been less and less obvious, and the benefits of economy of operation, electric energy quality, reliability are enormous. Social evaluation showed that the potential of its social benefit is remarkable.
