| The underground utility tunnel is an underground structure project which integrates heating,water supply and Drainage,communication,electric power,gas and other municipal pipelines,and implements unified planning,unified management and unified maintenance.With the popularization and application of natural gas,gas accidents are more and more frequent.It is dangerous to put the gas pipeline into the underground utility tunnel,a gas explosion can cause a lot of damage.Therefore,this paper uses double-layer field-shaped underground comprehensive pipe gallery for gas explosion analysis,establishes finite element model of underground comprehensive pipe gallery,uses fluid-solid coupling method to simulate the effect of gas explosion on comprehensive pipe gallery,and analyses and studies the following work:(1)The pressure values of the explosion parameters are calculated by the chemical equation Theory and compared with the numerical simulation pressure values to verify the reliability of the explosion parameters;The propagation of the blast wave is spherical and the peak pressure of the blast wave decreases gradually.By analyzing the destructive effect of explosive shock wave on the comprehensive pipe gallery,.To a certain extent,damage occurs at the shade corner of the gas tank in the comprehensive pipe gallery when gas explosion occurs.(2)Comparing the damage analysis of the upper and lower layers of the gas tank arranged on the comprehensive pipe gallery under the same explosion conditions.Analysis shows that when the available gas tank is arranged on the upper layer of the comprehensive pipe gallery,the damage is smaller under the impact of explosion.The damage is located at the shade corner of the gas tank in the comprehensive pipe gallery.The destruction degree of gas tank under explosion is reduced by setting chamfer at shade corner to change cross section of gas tank in comprehensive pipe gallery.Comparison analysis of right chamfer and arc chamfer with the same chamfer radius and with the same chamfer cross section area.It can be concluded from comprehensive analysis that right chamfer can effectively reduce the damage degree of gas tank shade angle of comprehensive pipe gallery under the action of explosion.(3)Anti explosion design for gas tank of utility tunnel is put forward,an anti-explosion plate is arranged inside the gas tank,gas explosion belongs to high energy and high speed explosion.The foamed aluminum material has the ability of absorbing energy,so the foamed aluminum material is chosen as the anti-explosion plate.Through comparison and analysis,the anti-explosion plate with aluminum foam absorbed a lot of energy under the effect of gas explosion,which effectively slowed down the impact of the explosion on the utility tunnel,which showed that aluminum foam has good anti-explosion.Based on the comparative analysis of the parameters of aluminum foam materials,the density of different aluminum foam and the damping coefficient of aluminum foam material are selected and compared.It is found that increasing the density and damping coefficient of aluminum foam can improve the antiknock performance of aluminum foam,but the increase is small. |
