Lately,there are many change in China,farmers’ demand for improved housing has been increasing.However,traditional rural houses have poor seismic resistance,weak structural integrity and high consumption of resources for building houses,which urgently need to promote a new construction mode for their transformation and functional upgrading.In view of the above problems,this paper develops and designs low-rise autoclaved aerated concrete(ALC)slab structure houses for new rural,urban and suburban areas.It has the advantages of masonry structure and assembled structure,and at the same time,the structure has the characteristics of light weight,earthquake resistance,fireproof,heat preservation,sound insulation and so on due to the characteristics of autoclaved aerated concrete material.For this new structure system,the following research has been done in this paper.(1)Material mechanical property tests of ALC slab-component masonry were carried out.Autoclaved aerated concrete cube specimens were selected as the research object,and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength tests were carried out in conjunction with relevant test standards;compressive strength tests were carried out on its special mortar binder;and metal tensile tests were carried out on HPB300 grade steel reinforcement.Determine the mechanical property indexes of the wall constituent materials.(2)The central pullout test of horizontal mortar joints of ALC slab masonry was conducted to compare the different stress conditions of two transverse anchoring bars,one transverse anchoring bar and no transverse anchoring bar in the special masonry mortar;through the central pullout test of tie bars in horizontal mortar joints of ALC slab masonry,the damage pattern of each specimen was analyzed,and the relationship between the pullout load of different specimens and the displacement of the loaded end of the bars and the displacement of the free end of the bars was analyzed and summarized.The relationship between the pullout load and the displacement of the loaded end and the displacement of the free end of the reinforcement was analyzed and summarized,and the proposed design of the number and position of the longitudinal tie bars in ALC slab masonry was proposed.(3)Six ALC plate structure masonry specimens were studied in compressive performance tests and compared with masonry specimens to obtain the axial compressive strength,deformation performance,damage process,damage phenomena,corresponding load characteristics and displacement characteristic values of each masonry,and the differences of elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio and peak compressive strain between ALC plate structure and masonry structure were compared and analyzed.The experimental study shows that the reinforcement in the slab can make the stress distribution in the wall more uniform,improve the compressive bearing capacity of the wall and make the ductility of the wall better.And by analyzing the test data,the proposed calculation formula of compressive strength of ALC slab masonry and its standard and design values are given in combination with the current code.The test values are in good agreement with the calculated values of theoretical formulas and have a certain safety reserve,which provides a reference for the calculation of compressive bearing capacity of ALC slab masonry and provides a theoretical basis for the application of the wall in practical engineering.
