Research On Street Space Renewal In Xihua Community Of Shengjing Imperial City

Xihua community plots as part of shengjing imperial city historical and cultural blocks,in the development of the whole block occupies an important part of the represent the mixed residential and commercial community in shengjing imperial city,has rich historical and cultural resources in block,show many times many elements of the historical style and features,has a very high cultural value,has a good street historical culture.The street space is the most intuitive manifestation of the historical features of a city,and bears all kinds of activities of the crowd within the block.However,the street and lane environment of Xihua Community can hardly show its historical identification,nor can it meet the activity needs of modern people.Therefore,the research on the renewal of street space is an essential part to express the street culture and improve people’s life.Xihua community plots in shengjing imperial city street space as the research object,the data of the literature of shengjing imperial city historical block sorting collection,according to current situation of xihua community has launched a detailed investigation and research,from the resource distribution,historical heritage,field environment,etc.,summarizes shengjing imperial city xihua existing in community issues,and three aspects in culture,function and environment.The application techniques of mainstream urban renewal theory are summarized,and the renewal ideas suitable for Xihua community land are summarized.Then,the research of Xihua community is carried out from three aspects: function,culture and environment.Based on a wide range of urban renewal theories,this thesis seeks renewal strategies and methods for the Xihua Community plot of Shengjing Imperial City,hoping to further improve the theory of street space renewal in the historical block of Shengjing Imperial City,and provide help for the renewal of street space of other mixed commercial and residential plots of Shengjing Imperial City in the future.Using historical maps of Shengjing Imperial City in various periods,research and inquiry,graphic analysis,data collection and other methods,this thesis studies the evolution process and preservation of street and lane space in Xihua Community plot of Shengjing Imperial City,and summarizes the current characteristics of each street and lane.According to investigation found the problem,based on the theory of city renewal and the case of induction of update ideas,put forward the optimization plot function,protection and express plot history and culture,improve the quality of plot landscape environment three aspects of the solution,to regain sheng emperor xihua community vigor,the continuation of history and culture,the goal of improving the quality of people’s life,promote life happiness.
