| With the rapid economic growth,China’s highway industry has entered a high-speed development trend.The new structure,new materials and new technology of asphalt pavement are constantly emerging,together with the accumulation of construction experience,which greatly promotes the renewal of asphalt pavement design methods in China.However,China has a vast territory and abundant resources.The natural conditions,economic development and transportation infrastructure level of different regions are uneven,and the construction technology and material origin are also different.It is not comprehensive and targeted to design asphalt pavement structure and material only according to the current specifications.Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast of China,the climate environment is bad,in the annual freeze-thaw cycle,large temperature difference under the effect of continuous low temperature,the durability problem of provincial trunk line is very prominent.Therefore,based on the investigation results of the use of asphalt pavement of national and provincial highways in Heilongjiang Province and the relevant design documents,this paper will comprehensively analyze the main road condition indicators and the influencing factors,and then establish a typical asphalt pavement structure suitable for Heilongjiang Province,that is,referring to the previous asphalt pavement structure,summarizing a complete set of overall pavement structure as the design reference template,It can be directly selected in the design,thus saving the complicated structure calculation process,and ensuring the rationality and economy of pavement structure design and selection.This paper first investigates and analyzes the use of national and provincial highways in Heilongjiang Province,and makes clear the existing problems and characteristics of national and provincial highways in Heilongjiang Province.According to the traffic data of national and provincial highways,the distribution of traffic volume in Heilongjiang Province is divided.The climate characteristics of Heilongjiang Province are introduced.In addition,referring to a large number of design documents,this paper summarizes the common pavement structure types of expressways,first-class highways and second-class highways in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the main diseases and causes of asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang Province combined with specific sections.Secondly,according to the highest temperature,the lowest temperature,rainfall and other indicators of Heilongjiang Province climate status cluster analysis,in order to get the climate division of Heilongjiang Province.According to the comparison of asphalt pavement performance with typical road sections,the influencing factors of asphalt pavement performance of national and provincial highways in Heilongjiang Province are obtained,and then based on the grey correlation analysis method,multiple influencing factors are associated with PQI,PCI and RQI to find the most important factors affecting the performance of Asphalt Pavement.Based on the above research,the typical structure of asphalt pavement of first-class highway and second-class highway under different traffic loads and subgrade types is proposed,and the mechanical checking calculation and performance evaluation under different climatic zones are carried out.At the same time,according to the characteristics of seasonal frozen soil area in Heilongjiang Province,the frozen soil area of Heilongjiang Province is divided,and the anti freezing design is carried out for different areas.Finally,combined with the climate zoning,the data of meteorological stations in different zones are statistically analyzed,and the best construction period of expressways,first-class highways and other grade highways in different climate zones is obtained.In addition,the typical structure is compared with the common pavement in the design,which further confirms the advantages of the typical structure and is worthy of further promotion. |
