The tremendous progress of space exploration,particularly various spacecraft technologies,the technical requirements for spacecraft and spacecr aft solar array are dramatically developing.Solar array can provide energy for spacecraft when it works in space,which has a significant impact on the achievement of spacecraft space mission.It is necessary to carry out the ground deployment test to ens ure that the solar array can unfold successfully when working in space.And the parameter of the deployment device guideway is very essential for the ground deployment test of the solar array.In this paper,we develop the guideway parameter measurement system for solar array ground deployment tests that can measure multiple parameters of the deployment device guideway.The system can effectively improve the precision and convenience of the guideway parameter measurement,which has high automation and information.In this paper,the parameter measurement methods of the deployment device guideway used in the solar array ground deployment test are analyzed in detail.We understand the existing measurement methods of straightness,parallelism and levelness of the guideway,including the advantages and disadvantages of the existing measurement methods.On this basis,the overall design scheme of the guideway parameter measurement system for solar array ground deployment tests is proposed combine with the requirements of the system.The measurement principle of each parameter is analyzed in detail.First of all,the industrial computer is used as the main control equipment of this system because of the hardware requirements.The relevant data is collected by the photoelectric autocollimator,the inclination sensor,the pull sensor and the tension sensor,and the movement of the prism is controlled by the slide and the slide controller.In order to achieve automatic measurement,the bridge plate driving device is designed,which drives the bridge plate to move according to the pitch method,so as to collect the measurement data of straightness,parallelism and levelness error of longitudinal guideway.And the mechanical structure design of the whole system is completed.Additionally,according to the design concept of modularization and automation,the upper computer software system is developed,and its interactive interface and functional modules are designed.According to the function requirement and hardware structure of bridge plate driving device,the software system of bridge plate driving device is designed,which can achieve data transmission with upper computer software system and motor control of bridge plate driving device.The automatic measurement,manual measurement and data processing are completed through the cooperation between the upper computer software system and the bridge plate driving device software system.The minimum tolerance zone method and two endpoint connection method are used to process t he relevant measurement data.Finally,the guideway parameter measurement system for solar array ground deployment tests is installed and tested,and the test results are analyzed.The system function test verify that each function of the system can be effectively achieved according to the requirements.The error analysis and calculation verify the measurement precision of straightness,parallelism and levelness error of the longitudinal guideway are better than 0.1mm.The system is operating well and in a stable condition.
