Improving the accuracy of the straightness measurement in high precision space and reducing measurement errors have been a challenging study in the geometric measurement field in China.Improving the straightness measurement accuracy of long tube can not only improve the launching accuracy of the equipment,but also directly relate to the target accuracy.According to this,this study aims to measure the straightness and parallelism of long tube bundle from the aspects of software and hardware design,and optimize the design work of the entire measurement system to ensure the measurement accuracy and economic needs.Finally,the design system can be applied and popularized.Firstly,this study analyzes and studies error measurement methods and evaluation methods of the straightness and parallelism of the long tube bundle.After comparison of advantages and disadvantages of various methods at home and abroad,the method which is combined with pitch,gauge and optical axis methods is adopted to design and measure the straightness and parallelism of long tube bundle;secondly,after comparing the evaluation method of the straightness error and the parallelism error,the straightness error evaluation method which is based on the least square method is adopted,then the parallelism of the long tube bundle is measured based on the measurement of straightness,and the spatial coordinate system is established to evaluate the parallelism straightness by the two space angles in it;finally,the MATLAB software is used to visualize evaluation result of the straightness error and the parallelism.The results show that the error measurement system based on the straightness and parallelism of the long tube bundle can not only attain the requirements of measurement accuracy and meet economic needs in practical applications,but also can greatly improve the work efficiency and play a good role in research and applications.
