| The safe supply of drinking water has always been a problem that the government attaches great importance to,which is closely related to the health of the people,the sustainable development of economy and the stability and prosperity of society.With the improvement of drinking water sanitation standard in China,the effluent quality of conventional water treatment process is difficult to meet the standards.As a deep treatment unit,ozone biological activated carbon process has a good removal effect on pollutants,and has been gradually adopted by most water supply plants in China.However,the water quality of different water supply plants is different,and there is a certain gap in operation management level.The operation of each water supply plant needs to be adjusted according to local conditions.So most of the water plant staff can only explore the status and summarize experience to complete the operation management.At present,most of the researches on the process of ozone biochar are focused on the process itself,and the overall evaluation of the process is less.Therefore,in order to provide reference for the operation and management of the process scientifically and reasonably,to give full play to the efficiency of the ozone biological activated carbon process and reduce the cost of operation,this paper will carry out the evaluation and Research on the operation management technology.First,the literature research and water plant field investigation on ozone biological activated carbon technology were carried out.Through literature research,the main characteristics,main pollutants removed and applicable range of ozone biochar process were mastered,and the operation data of the ozone biological activated carbon treatment units in four water supply plants were collected.Through the field water plant investigation,the first-line staff and technical leaders of the water plant were interviewed and exchanged.It was understood that the daily monitoring of permanganate index,turbidity,ammonia nitrogen and other indicators of the plant was used to control the ozone biological activated carbon treatment unit.The main way of control was to change the ozone dosage and the dosing point.The daily report of operation management and the data of water quality in and out of the water plant were also checked in the field investigation,and the water source characteristics and the operation of the ozone biological activated carbon treatment unit were further understood.Secondly,the evaluation indexes of various water treatment technologies in recent years are sorted and classified,and the pre selection set of comprehensive evaluation indexes is constructed.Based on the results of literature research and water plant investigation,the comprehensive evaluation index system is preliminarily constructed according to the characteristics of ozone biological activated carbon technology.Then,the index system was selected quantitatively by correlation analysis coefficient of variation method,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of ozone biochar process was determined.Finally,based on the fuzzy grey analysis,the evaluation model of ozone biochar process is constructed.The index weight is determined by grey correlation analysis,which improves the subjective problem when human determination of weight.The best correlation coefficient is determined by calculation and analysis,which ensures the accuracy of the evaluation results.The model is used by using the data collected from the literatures of four water supply plants,and the scientific and practical of the model is verified. |
