For micro-polluted water sources,the normal treatment cannot ensure water quality.The ozone activated carbon technology has become an important method to improve water quality of water plants.The ozone activated carbon technology is mainly composed of pretreatment,post-ozone and biological activated carbon filter.This paper takes pool type and elevation arrangements of ozone activated carbon process as the research object,combined with domestic and foreign research results and engineering example,through methods such as data analysis,process design and economic model establish,to analyze the pre-treatment,carbon filter and elevation arrangement of ozone activated carbon technology;to compare the various methods of activated carbon filter and pump station;discuss the influence of reserved time on the selection of elevation arrangement;to establish comprehensive evaluation of each scheme of activated carbon filter and pumping station.Under the scale of10?104 t/d,20?104 t/d,30?104 t/d,40?104 t/d and 50?104 t/d,this paper designs and calculates carbon filters and elevation treatments.Then a function equation shows up.In this equation,process scale is independent variable,and the investment and operating cost are dependent one.After PVC analysis of each process,the optimal economic project of O3-BAC has been identified.The economic solutions are as follows:during the period of10?10450?104 t/d,shutter filter is superior to V-filter;When the reserved time is less than 8.5 years,it is recommended to reserve the elevation;But when the time is longer than 8.5 years,axial flow pump is recommended at the scale smaller than17.78?104 t/d,and the submersible pump is more economical at the opposite scale.Carbon filters and pump stations are comprehensively evaluated by using AHP and EGM.On a scale of10?104 t/d to 50?104t/d,the comprehensive benefit of the shutter filter is higher than that of V filter.When the scale is less than17.83?104 t/d,the results ranked in descending order are as follows:axial flow pump,submerible pump,SPN pump.But when the scale is greater than17.83?104 t/d,the results ranked in descending order are as follows:sumerible pump,axial flow pump,SPN pump.This conclusion of technology、economy and comprehensive evaluation,plays a certain reference role in promoting th development of O3-BAC process.It’s very meaningful. |
