| With the rapid development of China’s urban economy,in the process of industrial transformation and urban structure adjustment,many old industrial areas in the city are faced with the risk of relocation and demolition.A large number of industrial buildings have been demolished and rebuilt.Among them,many industrial heritages with high historical research value and technical value have been demolished.The context of the city has been split and the memory of the city has been broken.As the eldest son of the Republic of China,Harbin is represented by156 projects,which witness the development of industry in New China and have high historical and cultural value.However,some of the existing old industrial areas have been transformed into commercial areas,leaving only a small amount of Industrial Relics.In the current process of industrial heritage transformation,due to the lack of in-depth investigation and study of the industrial heritage area,the lack of clear evaluation criteria,the functional transformation of industrial heritage is blind,resulting in many projects transformation results did not achieve the expected results.First of all,through the photogrammetric technology of image fusion,the rapid and efficient acquisition of three-dimensional information is realized from the collection scheme formulation,data acquisition and fusion,data reconstruction and post-processing of three-dimensional model,which provides real-time observation data for the collection of industrial heritage building information and the evaluation of architectural value.Secondly,by exploring the ways and types of industrial heritage protection and transformation,this paper puts forward the protection measures based on different types of industrial heritage.Then,through the reconstruction of the building information model and the investigation of its history and surrounding information,the reconstruction model is integrated and optimized in the aspects of aided design decision-making,environment integrated simulation and scene virtual performance process,and the renewal scheme of industrial heritage protection of Harbin Liangchang is formulated.Finally,from the perspective of location space,plant history and architectural characteristics of Harbin Liangchang factory,it is concluded that it will be transformed into a creative industrial park,and music will be used as a carrier to promote the formation of the city’s "catalyst",so as to achieve the purpose of updating and rejuvenating the old industrial zone from social,economic and cultural perspectives.It has been proved by practice that the 3D reconstruction technology based on multi view images can quickly and accurately reconstruct large-scale building and environmental information,and obtain the true three-dimensional model with detailed information.Through the process of model monomer and model environmental information simulation,it can improve the efficiency and scientificity of reconstruction and realize industrial heritage Scientific,digital protection and transformation. |
