One Belt,One Road,the Impact Of RMB Exchange Rate On Import And Export Of Power And Electrical Equipment

With the establishment of new China,China has been carrying out economic construction,and its economic and political status has been greatly improved in the world.On this basis,RMB has gradually come into the public’s view and become the new currency of the world.One belt,one road initiative,one belt,one road,is one belt,one road and another,which is to promote the development of trade between China and the other countries along the belt.Due to the different currencies of different countries,the primary factor in the development of foreign trade is price,that is,the exchange rate of RMB against other countries’ currencies.After researching,one belt,one road,and one country,has a larger proportion of electromechanical equipment.The electromechanical equipment has a significant impact on the national economy and people’s livelihood.In this context,one belt,one road,is the study of RMB exchange rate and import and export of electromechanical equipment.This paper studies the different effects of exchange rate on trade from the perspective of specific commodities,and finds new problems.This paper first studies the literature on the impact of exchange rate on trade at home and abroad to understand the general direction of the impact of exchange rate on trade,and then continue to study the relevant theory of the impact of exchange rate on trade,making the article more convincing.In the existing literature,there are great differences in research objects and research methods.As one belt,one road is short,one less study on one belt,one road,and less research on the import and export volume of commodities focused on a specific field and RMB exchange rate.Foreign direct investment in mechanical and electrical equipment has a significant impact on domestic and foreign trade.In one belt,one road is used to study the impact of RMB exchange rate on import and export of electromechanical equipment.The empirical part uses the relevant data of mechanical and electrical equipment between China and the countries along the belt and road from 1990 to 2018 to analyze the RMB exchange rate and import and export trade,conduct time series analysis through eviews8 software,and establish cointegration test and error analysis model,in order to obtain the influence degree of various factors on mechanical and electrical equipment,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on this basis,hoping to contribute new ideas and methods to the import and export of China’s mechanical and electrical equipment,and also hope to put forward suggestions for the development of economic and trade.
