In China,35 kV substation is an important part of power grid in counties and towns.With the improvement of substation automation level,the amount of messages transmitted and processed in the communication system has been greatly increased,the number of related links and intermediate link layers is also increasing,and all kinds of new abnormal conditions or faults are gradually increasing.This paper focuses on the communication platform optimization,monitoring information optimization,intelligent decision-making system construction and so on.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of dl451-91(CDT)and IEC60870-5-104,which are the most commonly used protocols in power system.The selection of protocols improves the efficiency and stability of communication platform.Focusing on the network storm problem,this paper proposes a data cleaning method based on the optimized weighted clustering algorithm.By solving the problem that the k-point of K-means clustering algorithm has a great impact on the final results,it strengthens the selection of the initial clustering center,formulates cleaning rules,and processes and cleans the wrong data and abnormal data,which improves the data security.Then,in view of the centralized management and control situation of prefectures and counties,in order to solve the problems of nonstandard alarm information description and no unified information merging standard,the information such as telemetry,remote signaling and remote control is named and classified,forming the "typical information optimization table of 35 kV substation".Aiming at the low efficiency of manual proofreading point number naming,semantic similarity calculation is used to simplify the description and comparison of point numbers.By adding weights to three common semantic similarity calculation methods based on Ontology distance,ontology content(depth)and ontology attribute(density),a hybrid semantic similarity calculation method is formed,which reduces the workload.Finally,aiming at the problem that the professional ability and processing speed of the county dispatching personnel in 35 kV substation are lower than those of the superior company,combined with the working characteristics of the monitoring personnel,the intelligent decision-making system of monitoring information is studied.By expanding the scope of data analysis and collection,we can get more accurate judgment;through the fault cause identification based on production expression,we can judge the fault cause with confidence "screening";by using the fault judgment model combining fuzzy algorithm and confidence,the accuracy of warning judgment results is further improved;through the function design of each module of intelligent decision-making system,we can realize the intelligent The purpose of decision-making system is to provide decision-making reference for control personnel.
