| With the development of modern exhibition industry,domestic exhibition buildings continue to be built,covering the second and third tier cities and below,with medium-sized venues as the mainstream.However,a large number of exhibition resources in China incline to the top venues in the economically developed exhibition areas,with significant head effect.The low efficiency of medium-sized exhibition buildings in the non exhibition developed areas of South China generally exists,and they generally seek the flexible operation and use of space.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the common flexible use of exhibition buildings,and summarize the flexible demand and corresponding design features of different dimensions,so as to provide a scientific and effective solution for the transformation and maintenance of good operation efficiency of medium-sized exhibition buildings in southern China in the fierce market competition.This paper introduces the architectural elastic design theory into the exhibition building design,analyzes the flexible use demand of the medium-sized exhibition buildings in the south,summarizes the relevant design features,and establishes the use elastic evaluation system of the medium-sized exhibition buildings in the south,which can be used as a quantitative tool for the ability of buildings to cope with the uncertain market demand,and the basis for design optimization.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part(Chapter 1-Chapter 3): analyzes the development and content of architectural elastic design theory,combines with the flexible use status of medium-sized exhibition buildings in southern China,forms the coupling of architectural and use elastic demand;through case analysis and field investigation,decomposes the use elasticity of exhibition buildings into exhibition scale expansion elasticity,functional unit combination elasticity and multi-level flexibility in spatial dimension Firstly,the paper constructs the evaluation level as the theoretical research basis of this paper;secondly,it deeply studies the design characteristics of medium-sized exhibition buildings in southern China,horizontally compares the common points or differences of each case design,and analyzes the design elements when the buildings meet the use flexibility of different dimensions;The second part(Chapter 4): the flexible design features are classified and explained to form the objective correspondence between the evaluation score and the design features.After that,the importance of indicators questionnaire was distributed to different groups of people,data were collected,and AHP was used to form the evaluation index empowerment to complete the construction of objective evaluation method.The third part(Chapter 5): Taking Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center,Guangdong Zhuxi International Convention and Exhibition Center and Yunqi Town Convention and Exhibition Center as examples,this paper carries out the practical application and verification of the use flexibility evaluation system,makes a horizontal analysis of the differences in the use flexibility characteristics of buildings in different dimensions,and puts forward the operation strategy and design optimization points.According to the system context of building elastic design theory,this paper decomposes the elastic demand of the research object,and forms a systematic and comprehensive evaluation level and index.After the selection and interpretation of the indicators,combined with the opinions of professionals in different industries,the analytic hierarchy process is used to give weight to the indicators,forming a quantitative expression of flexibility of use.Through the interpretation of the evaluation index,the objective correspondence between the evaluation score and the architectural design characteristics is formed,which can also be used as the pre evaluation method of exhibition buildings in the scheme stage,and provides the basis for the optimization of the design of medium-sized exhibition buildings in South China. |
