The application of drainage asphalt pavement can effectively solve many hidden safety hazards caused by road surface water in humid and rainy areas in my country.At present,most countries use high-viscosity asphalt as a binder for drainage pavement.This type of asphalt is expensive,and there are large differences in performance between different types,which greatly hinders the application and promotion of drainage pavement in my country.In view of this,waste rubber and powder-recycled plastic were both incorporated into the base asphalt to prepare a rubber-plastic composite high-viscosity modified asphalt,and on this basis selects a viscosity control agent(polyethylene wax)to effectively control its viscosity.A rubber-plastic compound high-viscosity modified asphalt(Rubber-Plastic Regulated Asphalt,referred to as RPRA)with controllable viscosity was prepared and its performance and microstructure were explored.Different types and dosages of modifiers were used to prepare rubber-plastic composite modified asphalt materials,and their conventional performance and viscosity-temperature curves were analyzed,and RPRA high-viscosity asphalt are finally prepared.RPRA highviscosity asphalt was aged through RTFOT and PAV aging tests.The performance was evaluated,and the contact angle test,DSR test and BBR were used to analyze and explore the adhesion performance,high and low temperature rheology and viscoelasticity of RPRA highviscosity asphalt.The results show that the recommended mixing ratios of various modifiers are 20% waste rubber powder,5% recycled plastics,and 3% polyethylene wax,which meet the performance indicators of high-viscosity asphalt and have a good cost performance;the resistance of RPRA high-viscosity asphalt the aging performance has been significantly improved.The incorporation of waste rubber powder,plastic and polyethylene wax significantly increases the elastic components in the asphalt,and significantly improves the anti-rutting performance and temperature sensitivity of the asphalt.Under low temperature conditions,the incorporation of several modifiers can significantly improve the antiinstantaneous deformation and anti-permanent deformation capabilities of asphalt.On this basis,RPRA high-viscosity asphalt is selected to prepare asphalt mixture,and its construction temperature is determined,and the road performance of other modified asphalt mixtures is evaluated.In addition,the distribution of the modifier in the asphalt,the blending method and the molecular weight distribution of the asphalt were analyzed by fluorescence microscope test,infrared spectrum scanning test and gel chromatography test.The test results show that the rubber powder and plastic in the rubber-plastic composite high-viscosity modified asphalt will form a network structure,which is prone to uneven distribution and agglomeration,the crosslinking network structure of RPRA high-viscosity asphalt system is improved by adding polyethylene wax.In terms of modification mechanism,the modification method of RPRA high-viscosity asphalt is mainly physical modification,accompanied by a small amount of chemical changes;the incorporation of polyethylene wax will increase the proportion of macromolecules in the composite modified asphalt.At the same time,the compatibility of the components in the RPRA high-viscosity asphalt is improved.
