This paper by chongqing science and technology commission of rubber and plastic alloy(TPE)modified asphalt and its road use performance study’as the backing,by adding rubber,plastic,rock asphalt and developed high viscosity modified asphalt formula.This paper mainly studies in high viscosity modified asphalt formula,different formula of high viscosity modified asphalt asphalt indexes and different formula of high viscosity of modified asphalt mixture performance.The research content is as follows:Through the screening of raw materials,selecting 80 mesh powder,M200056PE,rock asphalt and plasticizer as the main ingredient of high viscosity modified asphalt.Composite is obtained by orthogonal experiment and analysis of the raw material,the optimal formula and the following conclusion:60℃ of epoxy soybean oil for asphalt viscosity reducing effect than other materials,no other materials to the promotion of 15℃ delay degrees.Modulation to the optimal formula for single factor change get 60 ℃ viscosity standard at the same time 15 ℃ degree is one of the largest group of formula.Add 3 different SBR experiment and found that SBR1588 relative to other two kinds of SBR modified effect is best.Different formulations of high viscosity modified asphalt matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt and high viscosity modified asphalt performance index,the results showed that:the development of high viscosity modified asphalt penetration,softening point and viscosity of 60℃ indexes can meet the requirements of the high viscosity modified asphalt index;Development of high temperature high viscosity modified asphalt performance is better than that of matrix asphalt,or even better than SBS modified asphalt;60 ℃ high viscosity modified asphalt dynamic viscosity index relative matrix asphalt has improved,and through the regression analysis reveals the dynamic viscosity of 60℃ and 135 ℃ of modified asphalt of the relationship between brinell viscosity;15℃ high viscosity modified asphalt ductility,weaker than the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.Different formula of high viscosity of modified asphalt OGFC mixture performance comparison research,and compared with construction specification and the project suggestion value,analyzes the mixture,the results showed that:high viscosity modified asphalt water stability,high temperature performance,low temperature crack resistance all meet the specification requirements;Permeable performance and construction suggestion value higher than that of anti-sliding performance requirements,through regression analysis revealed that high viscosity modified asphalt viscosity of 60 ℃ and the relationship between the mixture water stability,high temperature performance,as well as asphalt 15 ℃ low temperature ductility and mixture,the relationship between the crack resistance of 60 ℃ viscosity and also points out that the asphalt mixture water permeability and anti-sliding performance is not obvious.High viscosity modified asphalt of development of economic and social benefit analysis,the results showed that the development of the high viscosity modified asphalt costs only about half of the imported high viscosity modified asphalt,the price has great advantage;High viscosity modified asphalt also play the role of resources recycling and environmental protection. |
