| Rubber asphalt is widely used for its outstanding road performance,but due to its high viscosity,it leads to problems such as high production and construction temperatures,large energy consumption,and serious emissions of greenhouse gases and harmful gases.Warm mixing technology can reduce the production and construction temperature of rubber asphalt,reduce harmful gas emissions,and improve construction and workability.The core of asphalt warm mix technology is warm mix.Currently,imported warm mix is mostly used in China,which leads to high construction cost.It is of great significance to study economical,efficient and environmentally friendly warm mixes.Plastic products have provided great convenience for people’s lives,but they have also caused serious environmental pollution.The utilization of waste plastics has become a hot issue at the moment.Based on this,this study used domestic plastic cracks as raw materials,used catalytic cracking method to produce waxy warm mix,and modified rubber asphalt,evaluated the comprehensive performance of warm mix modified rubber asphalt,and used the road of its mixture Performance has been verified.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Catalytic cracking of waste plastics at different temperatures to produce cracking wax,and then blending the cracking wax into rubber asphalt,through the Brinell viscosity test to evaluate its viscosity reduction effect on rubber asphalt,screening out the best cracking wax As a warm mix(2)Add the waste plastic cracking wax to the rubber asphalt in different amounts,and pass the conventional index test(softening point test,penetration test,elongation test),storage stability test,elastic recovery test,Brinell viscosity test,Dynamic shear rheology test(DSR),rotating film oven test,fluorescence microscope test,etc.to study the influence of waste plastic cracking wax on the performance of rubber asphalt,and to determine the optimal amount of waste plastic cracking wax;(3)Verify the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability of the best blended waste plastic cracking wax modified rubber asphalt through the mixture test.The research results show that under 0.5MPa nitrogen pressure,the waste plastic cracking wax produced at 350℃,370℃,and 400 ℃ all have viscosity reduction effect.As the cracking temperature increases,the waste plastic cracking wax has better viscosity reduction effect on rubber asphalt.Waste plastic cracking wax produced under400℃ has the best viscosity reduction effect and meets the technical requirements of warm-mixed asphalt.With the increase of the amount of waste plastic cracking wax,the rutting factor increases,which can improve the high-temperature performance of rubber asphalt.Waste plastic cracking wax It can improve the storage stability of rubber asphalt,which has a positive effect on the elastic recovery ability,but the improvement is small;fluorescence microscopy tests show that the waste plastic cracking wax and rubber asphalt have good compatibility and uniform distribution;the rutting factor increases and the phase angle after short-term aging Reduced,the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt is significantly improved;the optimal content of waste plastic cracking wax is 6%,the viscosity of modified rubber asphalt at 180℃ is reduced by35.9% compared with the original rubber asphalt;the best oil stone of cracked wax modified rubber asphalt mixture The ratio is 6.4%,the mixing and compaction temperature is 165℃,which is about 15℃ lower than that of hot mixed asphalt;the high temperature performance is significantly improved,which is detrimental to low temperature performance and water stability Impact,but all meet the relevant construction technical requirements and can be used for construction. |
