| China will build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of cars will increase every year.Insufficient parking space planning and lack of parking related facilities have become one of the factors seriously restricting urban development.Therefore,the parking problem needs to be solved.Based on the demand of shared parking in Dongmu District of Xi’an,this paper explores the planning path of shared parking service facilities in the old community,puts forward appropriate planning strategies for the old community,constructs intelligent parking guidance system,and promotes the sustainable development of the city.Firstly,it summarizes the relationship and development prospects between shared parking and old residential areas,combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,establishes the system structure needed for the implementation of shared parking,and the operation mode of shared parking in old residential areas.Whether the shared parking can be implemented in the old community is studied and judged,and the planning implementation method is proposed.Through the establishment of quantitative analysis method of wrong time sharing,the quantitative evaluation system of sharing matching degree is constructed,and the best sharing parking scheme is obtained.Then the paper discusses the methods of tapping the potential of the parking space inside and outside the road,so as to combine it with the renovation of the old residential area.This paper analyzes the parking situation of dongmushi District in Xi’an City,and applies the method of time and space parking to the parking planning of the district.Then it discusses the key issues that should be paid attention to in the implementation and management of shared parking.Finally,the construction of smart parking guidance traffic system from the five major parts has great advantages in easing traffic congestion,improving urban environment,facilitating government supervision and promoting urban "wisdom".The parking space planning and design of Xi’an old residential district under the guidance of sharing should not only pay attention to the service demand of users for parking spaces,but also closely combine with the transformation and development of old residential district to ensure the suitability of planning.Based on the actual needs of parking users,this paper makes full use of the opportunity of the transformation and development of the old community,constructs the appropriate planning and design strategy of parking space in the old community block,and puts forward the corresponding planning and implementation methods.This paper defines the configuration types and standards of shared parking facilities,puts forward the planning method of "time and space parking potential tapping method",and designs urban intelligent parking guidance transportation system to alleviate traffic congestion,improve urban environment and promote urban intelligent construction. |
