Landscape Renewal Design In Old Residential District Of Xi’an

In 2019,the state issued a large number of policy documents on old residential district,and began to renovate urban old residential district nationwide in batches and orderly in order to enhance the overall appearance and internal vitality of the city.The stock of Old residential district in most cities in our country is relatively large.They have been built for a long time.Most of the residential groups are elderly.The landscapes can no longer provide residents with normal leisure,sports,and viewing services.Therefore,how to build a landscape that meets the urban development goals and meets the actual needs of residents under the background of urban inventory renewal has become a problem that needs to be resolved at the current stage in old residential district.This paper take Xi’an Old residential district landscape renewal as the research object,using the methods of literature research,field research,case analysis,summary and practical application,makes an in-depth discussion on the development context of domestic and foreign Old residential district landscape renewal,the characteristics and connotation of related concepts and excellent cases.Based on the pre investigation of 13 old residential district in Xi’an,In order to further explore the existing problems of landscape renewal at the present stage,six typical old residential district,including Bafuzhuang residential district,Beiningfang residential district,Fengye courtyard residential district,were investigated in detail;Combined with the questionnaire,we can get the existing problems of Xi’an old residential district landscape renewal at the present stage,summarizes the objectives and design principles of Xi’an old residential district landscape renewal,and puts forward the design strategies and methods of Xi’an old residential district landscape renewal from the perspectives of space,crowd,concept,technology and details.Finally,through the design practice,combining theory with practice,this paper conducts a field survey of the North district of Mingdemen in Xi’an and analyzes the main problems and the node locations that need to be updated by combining with the methods of actual interview,observation and analysis,and spatial analysis Landscape renewal design is carried out in the leisure area and other areas.Landscape renewal of old residential area is an important part of urban stock renewal quality.This paper provides a feasible method for landscape renewal of old residential area in Xi’an,and also provides a certain reference for landscape renewal of other old residential areas in the future.
