| With the pace of industrialization continue to move forward,the production and operation of the enterprise management model has undergone enormous changes,the traditional single factory alone management mode in group enterprise already can not meet the ever-changing economic market.Therefore,based on advanced computer network technology,combined with the rapid development of the transport industry,the multi-factory collaborative production model under network manufacturing model came into being.it is for the purpose of rationally and effectively use resources of enterprise management and coordination of a number of manufacturing plant resources scattered in different countries or regions,to achieve multi-plant integration,synergy and information production management.Compared with the traditional single factory production mode,multi-factory collaborative production mode can maximize the real-time dynamic control of the production plan,with obvious dynamic,fault tolerance.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research status of multi-factory cooperative production plan,this paper aims at improving the economic benefits of manufacturing enterprises,and uses the mathematical modeling method to analyze and discuss the modeling and optimization of multi-plant collaborative production planning problem.The main research work of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies the multi-factory collaborative production mode under the networked manufacturing model,taking into account the matching relationship between multiple factories,the choice of various modes of transportation and the uncertainty in the production process,aiming at minimizing the total cost of production。And a collaborative model of multi-plant cooperative production in uncertain environment is established,and a method of interval optimization based on possibility is given.(2)Analyze the three response modes of customers under different out-of-stock conditions,and establish a multi-plant collaborative production planning model for the corresponding uncertain environment for different customer responses,And gives the corresponding solution strategy,can be effective to deal with out of stock and meet customer requirements of the production plan.At the same time,it analyzes the influence of different customer response methods on the production plan in the case of out of stock,and provides an important basis for the pros and cons of the enterprises to balance the different stock shortages.(3)The multi-objective and multi-plant collaborative production planning model under fuzzy environment is established,taking into account the cost of the production process,the ability of the machine and the volatility of the market demand to achieve the minimum operating cost and Maximize the machine utilization as the objective function,Finally,a multi-objective optimization method is proposed to solve the model.Finally,the practicality and feasibility of the proposed method are analyzed and validated,which provides effective guidance for enterprises to improve production profit and rapid decision-making. |
