In the process of urban construction and development,the artificial remodeling of underlying surface and the division of specific functional areas have profoundly changed the outdoor thermal and humid environment.In recent years,the concept of sustainable development and healthy living environment has attracted much attention,and related research on microclimate of urban outdoor living environment has become more extensive and in-depth.Especially in cities of severe cold regions,where seasonal climate changes greatly,winter lasts for a long time and the climate is harsh,outdoor thermal environment is an important object for research and improvement.It is of guiding practical significance for construction and reconstruction of livable cities to fully understand and visualize the measurement results.Among field test methods to obtain thermal environmental parameters,the mobile measurement method is a more convenient and flexible choice,but it has the problem of temporal-spacial heterogeneity,the error of the existing correction model is still large,and its application in severe cold areas is not widespread.In this paper,based on previous research results,the temporal-spatial correction model of the mobile measurement method is re-established for severe cold regions that have not been covered by existing researches,the influence of seasonal factors is added,and the classification of the underlying surface is refined,so as to further reduce the error and expand its application scope.Therefore,taking Harbin,a city in severe cold region,as an example,Jiuzhan Park was selected as the research object.Based on the moving and fixed-point field test data of summer,winter and transition seasons,the revised model of "multiple weather stations-distance-underlying surface-SVF" in severe cold region was established.Xiangjiang Park was selected as research object to test the established model,and the corrected mobile monitoring data were compared with the fixed-point monitoring data.Existing models and the new model were used to correct the same measured data,in order to compare their error.Results show that the modified model proposed in this paper has better adaptability and practicability for severe cold region.Then,by referring to the methods of rendering Urban Climatic Map,this paper used the thermal and humid environment parameters obtained from the corrected mobile monitoring data in severe cold region,combined with spatial interpolation method and GIS platform,to draw the map of thermal and humid parameters,and directly reflected the distribution characteristics of the thermal and humid environment of the whole test area.Taking the fixed-point monitoring data as standard,results show that the error of air temperature measured by the mobile measurement method is similar to that of the ENVI-met software simulation,while the error of relative humidity is significantly smaller than that of the software simulation.Finally,possible optimization directions in the future research are discussed,in order to provide reference for the acquisition and use of outdoor thermal and humid environment parameters in different urban areas.
