| In recent years,the country has begun to pay attention to the continuation of traditional historical culture as well as the protection of heritage.Site museum is an important measure to protect and display immovable sites.Kiln site is a kind of earth site and soil sites are important cultural heritages.They need scientific and effective protection.Temperature and relative humidity are direct factors of diseases of earth relics.It is important to study the thermal and humid environment for the long-term preservation of earth relics.The loess region,especially the loess Plateau in northwest China,has the largest distribution of soil sites.This paper takes huangyeyao site as example.According to the literature,it summarized the main disease of soil and pottery sites and the damage mechanism of thermal and wet environment,which provided reference for the disease prediction and analysis of Tang Tri-color kiln site of Huangye.In addition,this paper carried on literature research on thermal and humid environment and site diseases of henan baofeng ruzhou kiln site which material and external environment similar to huangyeyao site and xi ’an hanyang mausoleum museum which is enclosed protection museum.It provided practical basis for disease prediction of Tang Tri-color kiln site in Huangye.This paper tested the soil physical property parameters,including the distribution of soil particle size,composition,water content,soluble salt content and so on.Based on the main disease characteristics of soil site in loess region,disease characteristics of existing soil site of similar type and material characteristics of kiln site,it is suggested that huangye kiln site should be mainly prevented from four diseases: crack,temperature denudation,salt-out and alkali,and microbial damage.Field tests were carried out on the outdoor thermal and humid environment of the site in summer and winter.It included air temperature,relative humidity,soil temperature at different burial depths.Through the analysis of the measured data,it is found that the outdoor thermal and humidity environment of the site is unstable,and the temperature and humidity fluctuated greatly,which is unfavorable to the preservation of the site.Therefore,the preservation of the site requires a stable and appropriate thermal and humidity environment.Considering the above four diseases,based on the soil temperature calculation model and soil water evaporation model,combined with the phase change curve of salt and mold growth curve,the recommended range of air temperature for the preservation environment of Tang Sancaiyao site in Huangye is11.4℃~21.4 ℃,and the relative humidity of air is 78%~80%.Using CFD Fluent to simulate the temperature field and humidity field of the exhibition hall under the operation of the regulation technology,and suggested the appropriate air supply temperature,humidity and optimal air distribution design of the air conditioning system.This study can provide some reference for the study of soil site protection environment in loess region. |
