Mobile house has the advantages of low cost,fast construction speed,safe and detachable assembly,which is widely used in civil and industrial buildings.However,there are some problems such as small thermal inertia of enclosure structure,large indoor temperature fluctuation and overheating,which lead to poor indoor thermal comfort and high building energy consumption.Optimizing the structure of the mobile house can enhance the thermal insulation performance of the building,adjust the indoor temperature and save energy.At the same time,PCM has excellent heat absorption and release performance,adding PCM to the mobile house can further adjust the indoor thermal environment.The study of PCM’s energy-saving optimization effect on the building has practical significance to improve the energy consumption status of the mobile house and improve the quality of the thermal environment.In this paper,the energy-saving optimization of mobile houses with enclosure structure is studied in the cold area.Firstly,through field investigation and case analysis,this paper summarizes the current situation of mobile house,and on this basis,establishes a model by using Energy Plus software to carry out energy-saving optimization for various parts of the enclosure structure of mobile house;secondly,the feasibility of adding phase change materials is discussed,and the combination mode and thermophysical properties of phase change materials and buildings are studied;finally,the optimization strategy is applied to different types of mobile houses to verify the energy-saving effect and discuss its economic rationality.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Through the case analysis of the mobile house,this paper summarizes the application scope,structural parameters,energy consumption status and existing problems of the mobile house.2.The three-dimensional physical model of mobile house is established by using Energy Plus software,and the energy-saving research on the form and structure of roof,wall and window of mobile house is carried out.The optimal solution of the form and structure of each part is obtained by combining the economy and payback period.3.Based on the results of structural optimization,the model of mobile house with PCM is established.The gain effect and energy-saving effect of PCM on indoor thermal environment are verified.The application location and thermophysical property selection law of PCM are discussed.The thickness of PCM is determined based on economy and recovery period.4.Apply the above energy-saving optimization strategy to different types of mobile houses,and discuss the feasibility of the strategy combined with economy and payback period.Through the research results of this paper,some energy-saving optimization strategies are provided for mobile house buildings,the envelope form and structure are optimized,the potential of PCM in energy saving and improving the indoor thermal environment of buildings is verified,the energy-saving effect is discussed,the economic benefits and recycling cycle are discussed,which provide ideas and reference for the combination of PCM and buildings.It not only provides ideas and reference for the combination of PCM and building,but also provides a feasible scheme for improving building thermal environment and energy saving.
