Research On Urban Sculpture Planning And Practice Strategy In Beijing From The Perspective Of Cultural Confidence

As an important soft power in international competitiveness,culture can profoundly influence the development process and national destiny of a country.Comparatively speaking,regional culture has more special urban characteristics and regional attributes,and its embodiment and inheritance need to be realized by means of art and publicity.As a common carrier to inherit regional culture,urban sculpture and the public space it belongs to highlight its strong vitality and expressiveness.At the same time,as a manifestation of urban historical inheritance and cultural connotation,it also plays an important role in improving the city image,people’s quality of life and urban artistic heritage.In the process of high-quality urban development,cultural inheritance and construction play an increasingly prominent role,and gradually develop into an indispensable link in urban construction.Sculpture and the public space it belongs to have been integrated into the city and life in an all-round way,which is not only an important medium for cultural inheritance and communication,but also a place for citizens to have a rest and entertainment in daily life.Therefore,the planning of urban sculpture space is a process of spatialization,visualization and scenization of cultural resources,which will serve as a new force in high-quality urban development and promote urban development and image value enhancement.The focus of this paper is to study the planning and implementation strategy of Beijing city sculpture under the background of cultural inheritance and based on the current layout of Beijing city sculpture.First,explore the relevant factors affecting urban sculpture under regional culture,analyze the relevance between culture and sculpture,and lay a research foundation for the analysis of the current situation of urban sculpture and the study of planning countermeasures.The case studies of Shanghai,Washington,Seattle and other cities are analyzed from three aspects of legal planning,political center and cultural connotation.Secondly,based on the research scope and research methods of urban sculpture,the cultural connotation of Beijing’s urban sculpture resources,such as cultural inheritance and status quo,cultural combing and cultural translation,is explored.Through the summary statistics of Beijing city sculpture,the characteristics of its overall layout,function orientation,cultural value,environmental quality and other aspects are summarized and analyzed.Finally,from the carrier space of urban sculpture,core function,overall distribution and other aspects of the analysis and summary of the status quo of urban sculpture problems.Thirdly,from the perspective of cultural inheritance,the planning system of Beijing urban sculpture is established and its implementation path is studied.First of all,according to the relevant basic research mentioned above,the planning object of Beijing urban sculpture is determined,corresponding planning compilation system is constructed,planning thoughts are sorted out,key points of planning are clarified,and planning objectives are formulated.Secondly,from the perspective of the coupling of urban sculpture and regional culture,the compilation system of Beijing’s urban sculpture planning,such as hierarchical framework,key contents and forms of expression,is constructed.Thirdly,according to the spatial structure layout of Beijing urban sculpture planning,the planning and implementation of the historical and cultural axis of the capital,the city’s modern cultural loop,and the key functional areas are put forward.Finally,the guarantee strategies for the planning and implementation of urban sculpture in Beijing are proposed from the following aspects: making a positive and negative list of urban sculpture management and control,constructing a multi-coordinated sculpture construction model,and establishing a long-term monitoring sculpture evaluation system.
