Research On The Regional Characteristics And Application Of Neoteric Architecture In The Old District Of Beihai City

Neoteric architecture in the old district of Beihai City were built in the neoteric history period with a span of nearly one hundred years from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.These architectural style includes both traditional architectural style and colonial colonnade style,eclectic style and nanyang style.The western architectural culture moved into Beihai and took root here,Under this influence,the later buildings are quite different from the original traditional buildings before the opening of the port in terms of style,shape,shape and materials.These architectural to a certain extent,changed people’s traditional cognition at many essential factors such as functions,forms,materials in architectural at that time.Which promotes many regional forms of neoteric architecture.As a historical and cultural heritage,these modern buildings not only witness that Beihai City has gradually become a famous historical and cultural city from a small fishing village through the changes of the times.The regionality reflected by these buildings is the external embodiment of people’s pursuit of conforming to the natural and cultural environment of Beihai City under the level of science and technology and aesthetic angle at that time.This study firstly analyzes the natural environment and cultural environment of beihai city and summarizes the external factors that have an important impact on the regionalism of modern architecture in beihai city.The species and distribution of the passengers and modern building,summarized the development course,after finishing the form,decoration,building climate adaptability,structural form and building materials and so on construction of regional analysis,after selecting typical cases from the construction of the basic situation,the architect,the use function,building flat vertical profile form,detail processing is analyzed.Finally,this paper introduces the regional inheritance and continuation of modern architecture in beihai city in the actual project,and draws the conclusion of this study.The first part of this paper elaborate the present situation on the research of the neoteric architecture,define the research contents of the paper from time and space,and propose how to research on the neoteric architecture of Beihai City and the organizational structure of the paper.Chapter 2 analyzes the elements of natural environment which include natural and cultural these two aspects of beihai city,and then summarizes the factors that influence the regionalization of modern architecture in beihai city,so as to find the theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis of the regionalization of modern architecture.Chapter 3 for the passengers in the modern construction of the regional analysis,first to the modern building types,distribution,and introduces the development course,and then to an regional modern architecture from architectural form,facade decoration,climate adaptation,structural form and building materials,construction technology five aspects carries on the analysis,it is concluded that the passengers in the modern construction of regional embodiment.Chapter 4 is a typical case study of modern architecture in beihai city.The three most representative architectures in modern architecture of beihai city in different periods are selected to analyze from four aspects:construction background,basic situation,architectural form and detailed structure,and summarize the regional characteristics of Architecture.Chapter 5 introduces the application of neoteric regional characteristics in Beihai City in practical engineering projects.Finally the conclusion is drawn.
