Construction industry plays an important role in China’s national economy,especially in promoting the rapid development of social economy and improving people’s living standards.China is now in an important period of rapid development of urbanization,which sets a higher threshold for the construction industry in project management.In the project management of construction industry,schedule and control are important parts.The first step of project management is to make the project schedule,a reasonable project schedule can balance the project cost and construction period,and promote the smooth implementation of the project.The so-called control means whether the project construction can be completed according to the project schedule,which is of great significance to the realization of the project objectives.This paper studies the progress management of construction projects with real estate Q project as the background.First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of progress management at home and abroad,and then this paper gives an overview of the Q housing project overview and progress management status quo,and describes the general construction plan.On this basis,using project management theory and project actual data,the author uses work breakdown structure,network planning diagram and critical path method to decompose the activities of the project,determine the logical relationship and duration of the work,draw the project progress plan network diagram and optimize the activity-on-arrow of the project.Then using the earned value method to track the actual progress of the project monitoring and deviation analysis,according to the actual situation of the project construction plan to make timely adjustments,and put forward relevant safeguards to ensure the smooth completion of the project duration.The research results of this paper have accumulated experience and provided reference for the progress management of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,which not only guarantees the total duration of the project,but also reduces the safety,quality and cost problems caused by the blind rush to schedule delay.
