| With the development of high-density cities, the urban public green space is constantly compressed, and the quality of public space is declining. As a supplement of public greening, the roof garden of commercial complex brings new space experience and natural enjoyment to the public’s daily life. The roof garden of commercial complex not only expands the green space and enriches the urban landscape, but also stimulates the commercial vitality and improves the quality of urban life. However, the roof garden is often difficult for the public to reach and use because of its space upward, poor layout, single function and other reasons. Therefore,if we want to give full play to the ecological and public value of commercial roof garden, the first task is to improve its accessibility and attract the public. How to improve the accessibility has become an important problem of commercial roof garden. At present, the objective accessibility based on time and distance has insufficient applicability in solving practical problems, which often ignores subjective factors such as personal cognition and willingness. The roof garden of commercial complex is difficult to reach, not only because of the distance, but also because of people’s own cognition, attitude and willingness.Perceived accessibility is influenced by subjective experience and personal preference, and reflects the real space arrival and use to a certain extent, which can ensure that accessibility indicators reflect and guide real life more truly.Taking the roof garden of commercial complex as the research object, this paper analyzes the key influencing factors of the perceived accessibility of the roof garden from the perspective of people’s psychological perception. This study summarizes the current situation and problems of the use of roof garden through field research, and constructs the influencing factor model of perceived accessibility from the three dimensions of facilities, vision and path perception based on the questionnaire data,to explore the influence correlation of each dimension.Secondly, the roof garden needs to reach through the building traffic space.Compared with the urban environment, there are more visual accidental factors in the micro scale building space to affect the accessibility.Eye tracker combines visual perception and spatial cognition, and becomes an effective tool for spatial cognition research. Therefore, this paper uses eye tracking technology to carry out the real environment road finding experiment of commercial complex, and uses more objective visual access data and behavior data to analyze the correlation between architectural space elements and perceived accessibility. Finally, from the space, path, vision, facilities guidance four aspects of the perception of accessibility improvement optimization strategy,in order to give full play to the ecological and economic benefits of the roof garden.Based on the questionnaire survey and field research, combined with eye tracking experiment, and the previous discussion of influencing factors, this paper considers that facility dimension perception, path dimension perception, atrium, escalator, sky and other indoor vertical guidance elements are the main influencing factors of perceived accessibility, while visual dimension perception has no significant direct impact on it,but it may affect facility dimension, path dimension and indoor vertical guidance elements indirectly affect the perceived accessibility.Through the study of perceived accessibility, this paper not only supplements the lack of research on accessibility at the level of urban architecture, but also highlights the value and importance of perceived accessibility, and clarifies the influence of various factors,so as to provide direct guidance for subsequent design. |
