Analysis On Roof-garden Design Of Commercial Building In China

The rapid development of the city has increasingly worsened the city’s ecological and environmental problems. A high-rise building is constantly one after another, green space is gradually diminishing, Yet the city has never slowed down the process of urbanization. We have realized the importance of three-dimensional afforesting from this vicious cycle. As a main form of three-dimensional afforesting, roof garden has played an important role commercial construction area of the city center which suffers serious environmental pollution. It can not only improve the ecological environment of the city center, also enhance the city cultural connotation, and soothe the tired soul of the city people. However, the study on the design for commercial building roof garden is still very rare.Based on the global three-dimensional afforesting development trends and master architect Le Corbusier’s architectural idea, through literature research method, case study method, comparative study method, inductive and summary method, this paper carries out the analysis on the problems in the development of rooftop garden, such as inadequate funding, insufficient national awareness, simple greening form and so on. In the meantime, it also discusses the advantage of roof garden in commercial buildings than other types, such as real estate situation, economic strength and resources sharing. By using the principle of the general design of the roof garden, combined with case analysis, it explores and discusses the principles of landscape design of commercial building roof garden. From the perspectives of styling aesthetics, social humanitarian and development of rationality, the author comes up with design techniques, hoping to find some inspiration and ideas for the development of future commercial building roof garden designs.Urban environmental problem is the bottleneck for the sustainable development of the contemporary city. So far there is no any kind of measures can be a comprehensive solution to the urban greening problem. The roof garden of commercial building can bring ecological, economic and landscape benefits, and exerts its value in a maximum way. Therefore, it can be quickly accepted, hence to influence other types of building construction and development of the roof garden, and promote the comprehensive development of green roof of the entire city.
