| In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure and the in-depth promotion of the development concept of integration of production and city,science and technology industrial parks have begun to undertake many functions and missions besides industrial activities,and the integration and complementarity with cities should be considered when designing.In addition,the new industrial land use policies introduced in various parts of China are actively promoting the mixed-use and intensive use of land,encouraging the comprehensive development of above-ground and underground spaces,and the park planning has also entered high-density construction and high-intensity development from the early low-density state.How to recover the lost public space and environmental quality,and solve the contradiction between park people,urban citizens and high-density building environment,the targeted study needs to be launched urgently.In this study,a three-dimensional design approach is proposed,which will change the design of public space from twodimensional plane to three-dimensional development to respond to the above practical needs.This study takes the public space of high-density science and technology industrial park as the study object,and studies how to realize the three-dimensional design of public space from two aspects of urban function and park use by means of literature study,induction and comparison and field investigation.The study is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the study purpose and significance,and determines the study object and content.The second part is the construction of the basic theoretical platform and the analysis of the current situation.By explaining the related concepts,the study combs the practice and theoretical research status of the three-dimensional design of public space in high-density science and technology industrial park,analyzes the influencing factors of its three-dimensional design of public space,and puts forward the design goals in combination with the problems found in the field investigation.The third part aims to solve the problem,analyzes the three-dimensional public space design from two aspects of urban function and park use,and summarizes the three-dimensional design strategy of public space in high-density science and technology industrial park.The fourth part is practical application,which summarizes the strategies obtained from previous studies,puts forward design principles,and applies them to actual design projects to test their feasibility and rationality.Finally,the study results are summarized and reviewed,and the future study is prospected.By combing the theoretical research and practical development of science and technology industrial parks at home and abroad,this study discusses the practice and trend of threedimensional design of public space,points out the meaning and value of three-dimensional design,and puts forward the design objectives and principles.In view of the problems existing in the public space design of some high-density science and technology industrial parks in China at present,the study is carried out step by step from city to park,from macro to micro,and the corresponding three-dimensional design strategy of public space is put forward.This study aims to provide useful reference and inspiration for the planning and design of public space in high-density science and technology industrial park in the future. |
