| With the transformation of urban development model in China,urban renewal has become the main direction for the development of many large cities.Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)is of great significance for guiding urban renewal.On the one hand,it can scientifically evaluate the effect of urban renewal and find out existing problems.On the other hand,it can feed back the evaluation results to the planning side to promote the improvement and quality of planning and design standards.Improve and effectively guide future practical activities.However,urban renewal projects have the characteristics of long time periods,wide spatial scope,complex interest groups,and diverse goals.The limitations of traditional evaluation methods,such as questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,have become increasingly apparent.With the popularization of smart terminals and the rapid advancement of communication technology and cloud computing,the collection,transmission and invocation of big data have become feasible.Big data contains comprehensive information,such as time,space and population,which provides a new research idea for Post Occupancy Evaluation of urban renewal.The urban renewal of Enning Road is a pilot and example for the renewal of the old city of Guangzhou.The renewal process is full of controversy and has aroused widespread social attention.The relevant research is too numerous to mention,but the current research on the evaluation of its urban renewal after use is not sufficient.In order to evaluate the urban renewal of Enning Road from a more comprehensive dimension and explore the evaluation method of urban renewal,this paper will start from the perspective of combining space syntax with multi-source big data(including POI data,crowd density heat map data,and comment data).The full text is divided into 6 chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction.This part clarifis the research background,purpose and significance,defines the research object and scope,and establishes the research framework.Chapter 2 summarizes the related theories of space syntax and big data and their applications in the field of POE,summarizes their data analysis process,and establishes the evaluation method of urban renewal of Enning road block according to their evaluation characteristics and the actual situation of Enning road.Chapter 3evaluates the urban renewal of Enning Road block from three aspects: city location,traffic flow and intelligibility,by using space syntax.Chapter 4: big data is used to evaluate the urban renewal of Enning road block from three aspects: service facility aggregation,spatial vitality and tourist satisfaction.Chapter 5: evaluation results are tested by using the theoretical paradigm of space syntax about urban morphology and the questionnaire survey of tourists,and then the effectiveness and applicability of big data evaluation method are analyzed,and the existing problems are found and corrected.Chapter 6 summarizes the evaluation results,and puts forward three effective evaluation methods of urban renewal: "Comparative Analysis Method of Space Syntax in Different Historical Periods","Objective Evaluation Method of Big Data and Space Syntax" and "Subjective Evaluation Method of Tourist Questionnaire with the Aid of Review Big Data",and refines the innovations of this paper.It also finds out shortcomings and makes prospects for the research. |
