With the rapid development of economy and the significant improvement of comprehensive national strength,large-scale rail transit stations have become an indispensable part of the city.The latest "Medium And Long Term Railway Network Planning" outlines the grand blueprint of "Eight Vertical And Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network in the new era.As the core transportation hub of a region and the business card of a city,the spatial layout,traffic flow organization,transfer efficiency of large-scale rail transit station and whether the supporting facilities around the station can keep up with the growing needs of people’s travel,life and office commuting are of great significance for the post use evaluation of the whole station and its extended functions.The high-speed rail project is particularly prominent in Chinese large-scale rail transit station projects.China has already become the first place in the world’s total mileage of high-speed rail operation.Therefore,this paper selects Guangzhou South Railway Station,a representative comprehensive large-scale rail transit hub station in China,and constructs a comprehensive post use platform suitable for large-scale rail transit stations from the perspective of users.The purpose of the evaluation model is to supplement and improve the function design theory of the existing rail transit station,and to provide new ideas for the post use evaluation of such projects.Firstly,through the literature research method,this paper systematically collates and consults all kinds of literature related to the post use evaluation of large-scale rail transit stations,analyzes,thinks and summarizes on the basis of predecessors,combines the field investigation method and factor simple average dimension reduction method,collates and obtains 33 effective evaluation factors,and summarizes the current problems of common concern to passengers.Secondly,the evaluation factors and passengers’ concerns are sorted into questionnaires,and the passenger evaluation data of Guangzhou South Railway Station is collected by questionnaire method.The weight of each evaluation factor is obtained by using factor analysis method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis of Guangzhou South Railway Station is carried out to build a comprehensive post use evaluation model suitable for large rail transit stations.Finally,the comprehensive function evaluation score of Guangzhou South Railway Station is 3.0055,and the evaluation level is "Average".In this paper,Shenzhen North Railway Station is used as an auxiliary research contrast to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model.The same number of questionnaires are distributed in Shenzhen North Railway Station to collect data and put into the evaluation model.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score is 3.3202,which is 0.3147 higher than Guangzhou South Railway Station.It can be seen that the passenger satisfaction of Shenzhen North Railway Station is obviously higher than that of Guangzhou South Railway Station,and the humanized design of Shenzhen North Railway Station is better than that of Guangzhou South Railway Station.Combined with the opinions collected from the face-to-face interviews with the staff of Guangzhou South Railway Station,as well as the photographing records and scene observation in Guangzhou South Railway Station through the behavior measurement method,the index scores of Guangzhou South Railway Station in the evaluation model can reflect the problems in the actual scene.According to the evaluation results,this paper also puts forward some optimization suggestions for Guangzhou South Railway Station which is developing in the later upgrading.Now some of the problems are improved,which shows that the research results of this paper have certain practical significance. |
