Research On Standardized Design And Assembly-type Application Of Urban Housing

Residential building is a space that accompanies human evolution and life.From ancient caves and caves to today’s high-rise and super high-rise residential buildings,human beings have never stopped exploring and building residential buildings.The original architectural form was developed to solve the problem of human habitation.In ancient literature,there are many records of "building wood as nest to avoid group harm","the upper one as nest,the lower one as cave",which is the earliest description of the or igin of residential architecture.Since the end of the 20 th century,great changes have taken place in China’s supply system and housing system.Industrial production and housing design have been greatly affected by the commercialization of housing.In the past forty years(1980-2020),with China’s reform and opening up,under the background of urbanization and industrialization,China’s economy began to take off and the process of urbanization continued to deepen."Home ownership" is not only the ideal state of human society,but also an important factor of social stability and national prosperity.At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of the process of urbanization,the annual amount of urban construction is gradual ly increasing,but the following problems such as resource shortage and environmental pollution are also gradually highlighted.As one of the pillar industries of our country,the residential construction industry not only improves the economic level of our country,but also causes the waste of resources,the tension of energy and environment due to its huge construction volume.The contradiction between the residential construction industry and environmental resources is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to maintain the sustainable development of economy and environment,change the traditional backward construction methods,and realize the upgrading and transformation of the industry,the country vigorously promotes the process of housing industrialization.Moreover,prefabricated housing is characterized by "standardized design,factory production,assembly construction,integrated decoration,information management and intelligent application",which is in line with the large-scale,green and sustainable development direction.It is an inevitable trend for urban residential design to adopt standardized design and industrialized production and construction.Based on the basic theory,this paper introduces the characteristics,contents,methods and development trend of the standardized design of urban housing design and its prefabricated application,compares and draws lessons from the achievements of foreign residential industrialization,takes the standardized design and prefabricated application of urban housing in Guangdong as the research object,seeks the law from the development process of China’s residential design,and simplifies the operation The purpose of this paper is to explore the methods of residential standardized design and apply them to the prefabricated design by means of integration,modularization,combination and serialization,and to explore the reasonable criteria and general laws of the application of urban residential standardized design in the prefabricated design.Therefore,the research of this topic not only has certain academic significance,but also has strong practical significance.
