As the serious problem of urban traffic congestion and air pollution is becoming more and more serious,the development of urban public transportation is becoming extremely important.As an indispensable part of urban public transportation,bus dispatching brings new ideas to urban development.From the optimization of bus stops and routes to the optimization of departure interval,from the static dispatch of the bus to the dynamic dispatch of the bus,scholars at home and abroad have never stopped their research.However,as a traditional public transportation method,public transportation is difficult to dispatch in time and effectively due to limited technology,and its ability to respond to changes in temporary passenger flow is relatively poor.Therefore,the real-time dynamic dispatch of the bus is more conducive to solving the problems encountered in the actual operation of the bus,thereby ensuring the efficient operation of the bus and improving the service level.This article first introduces the meaning of passenger flow,combined with data to carry out a qualitative and quantitative analysis of passenger flow arrival rules.Qualitatively,it considers the distribution rules of passenger flow in time and stations,while quantitatively introduces passenger arrival rate to express the arrival of passenger flow.law.Then it explores the relationship between headway,maximum passenger waiting time and bus stop time.It not only analyzes the cost of vehicle travel and bus stop time,but also analyzes the cost of passenger payment and the cost of passenger waiting time.,and analyzes the related constraints.Conditions,based on the arrival rules of passenger flow,a static dispatch model with the goal of minimizing the total cost of bus company operations and passengers is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the optimal departure interval.If the passenger flow at a certain station changes during the actual operation of the bus,that is,the arrival rule of the passenger flow changes,and the bus company still uses this schedule,the total cost of the bus company and passengers is not optimal.Therefore,real-time dynamic dispatching of public transportation vehicles is needed to optimize the model results.In this paper,we first perceive the change of passenger flow arrival rules at the station,and then conduct real-time dynamic dispatch of public transport vehicles.This paper proposes two research schemes for the real-time dynamic dispatching of buses.One is to dispatch the buses at the starting station in real time,that is,use the static dispatch model to obtain a new schedule of departure intervals according to the arrival rules of the changing passenger flow.Buses scheduled to depart at the starting station depart using the new departure interval timetable.The other method is to conduct real-time dynamic dispatch of the transit vehicles,that is,adjust the speed of the transit vehicles according to the changing passenger flow arrival rules,and ensure that the travel plans of the transit vehicles at subsequent stops are not affected as much as possible.Finally,it analyzes with the calculation example,compares the bus company operating cost,passenger travel cost,total passenger waiting time and bus stop time of the two real-time dynamic dispatching schemes,and explores the applicable conditions of the two schemes.
